Professional and Responsive!

This was a last minute photo booth booking we had at a private hall and Grovert was super nice and easy to work with. Because it was so last minute (literally 3 weeks before), I was worried they wouldn’t be able to do it. They were able to quickly provide insurance information to the venue, had the backdrop we wanted in stock and gave us the options of print sizes. We’re so grateful and happy with the outcome. Thanks guys!

The event rental guys are the best!

I made a backyard bar mitzvah party. The event rental guys were very accommodating. They answered all my questions, helped me decide what I needed and what was unnecessary, they put my order on hold so I can decide, everything went so smoothly, they brought the tables and chairs on time, put it exactly where I wanted, this made my event extra special! The round tables and white chairs looked so fancy in the greenery of my yard, was so perfect!

City Event

I was hosting a public event with the city and realized at the last minute we didn’t have enough chairs or tables to accommodate everyone. The Event Rental Guys came to the rescue! They delivered everything quickly and with care, and their customer service over the phone was amazing. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone planning an event!

Great company, even better customer service!

I called the event rental guys a week before needing them for an event and they were so helpful and nice. They even were willing to accommodate me keeping the tables for the long holiday weekend without an extra charge and were simply to charge for the rental day. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Start with The Event Rental Guys!!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about The Event Rental Guys! We had a wedding in our backyard and I called every tent company within a 2 hour radius of our house. The other tent companies had an array of yellow/old looking tents and none had bright white high peak tents except The Event Rental Guys. The other companies’ quotes were anywhere from 30-60 percent more expensive, for old looking tents. The Event Rental Guys installed BEAUTIFUL brown wood vinyl flooring under the tent that so many guests said LOOKED REAL! Other tent companies gave us ridiculously high quotes to install anything other than green turf looking flooring. The Event Rental Guys also supplied white resin padded chairs for the ceremony and under the tent. They supplied tables and table cloths as well. The pictures speak for themselves. But my best advice for anyone looking for a tent and/or nice outdoor flooring is to start by calling The Event Rental Guys first. You won’t regret it!

Super professional and great, great company

Let me start by saying that these guys took a bunch of calls from me before actually making a decision and were super patient and helpful in making the desired rental.
Long story short, we rented these items during the el niño cyclone that happened in NY/ NJ and literally ruined our plans for an out door wedding- the rental guys were super gracious and understanding and more than anything they were completely honest about the situation.
they got there early morning for installs and came to pick up as scheduled.

their chairs and table are really solid stuff and you can tell they invested heavily into them.
we got the 3 dollar chairs that fold and I was surprised by the quality and how solid they are.
40x20 ft tent was real nice even though we couldn't enjoy :"(

would highly recommend!
