This was a last minute photo booth booking we had at a private hall and Grovert was super nice and easy to work with. Because it was so last minute (literally 3 weeks before), I was worried they wouldn’t be able to do it. They were able to quickly provide insurance information to the venue, had the backdrop we wanted in stock and gave us the options of print sizes. We’re so grateful and happy with the outcome. Thanks guys! -

I made a backyard bar mitzvah party. The event rental guys were very accommodating. They answered all my questions, helped me decide what I needed and what was unnecessary, they put my order on hold so I can decide, everything went so smoothly, they brought the tables and chairs on time, put it exactly where I wanted, this made my event extra special! The round tables and white chairs looked so fancy in the greenery of my yard, was so perfect! -

I was hosting a public event with the city and realized at the last minute we didn’t have enough chairs or tables to accommodate everyone. The Event Rental Guys came to the rescue! They delivered everything quickly and with care, and their customer service over the phone was amazing. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone planning an event! -

I cannot say enough GREAT things about The Event Rental Guys! We had a wedding in our backyard and I called every tent company within a 2 hour radius of our house. The other tent companies had an array of yellow/old looking tents and none had bright white high peak tents except The Event Rental Guys. The other companies’ quotes were anywhere from 30-60 percent more expensive, for old looking tents. The Event Rental Guys installed BEAUTIFUL brown wood vinyl flooring under the tent that so many guests said LOOKED REAL! Other tent companies gave us ridiculously high quotes to install anything other than green turf looking flooring. The Event Rental Guys also supplied white resin padded chairs for the ceremony and under the tent. They supplied tables and table cloths as well. The pictures speak for themselves. But my best advice for anyone looking for a tent and/or nice outdoor flooring is to start by calling The Event Rental Guys first. You won’t regret it! -

I helped a friend plan her wedding in her backyard and found this company via google. We didn’t really have a whole set up team since we were doing it ourselves so they were able to help us set up for a very affordable price as long as we had a layout of where the chairs, tables, wedding arch, and all that stuff to go. At the time, they didn’t have a champagne wall but they worked with another company who had it in stock so they handled the pick up and delivery of that too. They’re super nice to work with. Their packages make the most sense since it’s based on how many people you have coming. They’re definitely set up to handle backyard weddings when it comes to furniture. -
