About

The Country Inn Event Center is a historic wedding venue located in Eugene, Oregon. A year-round facility, they welcome wedding ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, and engagement parties to be hosted in the classic house and gardens. The expansive grounds have been perfectly manicured to showcase gardens, water features, and a charming gazebo. Guests can meander through the lavender and rose-lined pathways or into the house that features hardwood floors, a Scottish hand-carved 1880s bar, and a beautiful fireplace.

Facilities and Capacity

The outdoor gazebo provides seating for up to 250 guests, providing a lovely background of lush gardens and trees. Couples who wish to use the indoor facilities can invite up to 200 of their nearest and dearest to watch them exchange vows. Additional patio seating is also available for another 150 people, for a total capacity of 400 guests when the entire venue is in use. There is plenty of parking on-site, and the venue also holds liability insurance.

Services Offered

Event planners are available on-site to assist with the coordination of a spectacular event. The Country Inn Event Center has a dedicated staff who can provide set-up and clean-up services so you can relax and enjoy each moment. They also offer a variety of rental items to make your event a success. This includes items like audio equipment, tables and chairs, decor, tableware, and more.

Cuisine

The in-house catering team provides their services for many types of events, and their wedding packages offer custom-designed menus for couples. In addition, linens, china, and service staff will also be provided. Couples can discuss items such as hors d’oeuvres, a buffet dinner, sit-down dinners, and other services with the catering staff. Capable of serving food for up to 350 people, their cuisine can cater to casual or elegant dinners.

Based in the city of Eugene, The Country Inn Event Center is located approximately 17 minutes from Eugene Airport. Other landmarks include Alton Baker Park, the Willamette River, and Autzen Stadium, home of Oregon Ducks football.

Amazing Venue & Service

I found this venue for our small wedding about a month before our event and they were so easy to connect with and book! The venue is absolutely beautiful inside and out. From the gorgeous gardens and the stunning antique bar inside, it was a dream. So grateful do this beautiful space to celebrate our special day!

Used for a summertime Rehearsal Dinner

At first we chose this place for the venue and gardens. Soon realized those amenities were second to their culinary skills, responsive communication and attentive staff. As someone who lived outside of Oregon, Colleen was accommodating to all my planning questions and needs via phone and email. Our 50+ guests raved about the delectable food and beautiful property made available to us to have an elegant, relaxing evening dining and playing lawn games. No request went unmet. Wished we lived closer to use them more often.

Amazing & Beautiful

Thie venue is amazing, outdoor ceremoney with indoor reception with an amazing food and drinks. The staff was amazing and on top of everything.

The venue and catering is just amazing. They were very attentious and professional. There were options for carnivores, vegetarians and vegans.
I received a lot of compliments from my guests. It was better than I was expecting.
My wedding had 69 guests and the venue fitted perfectly.

We had our wedding at The Country Inn last month and they went way beyond our expectations! We live in Los Angeles and had just a few months to plan the wedding. My mother did all the planning over the phone and email, and could not have pulled it off without the help of Colleen and her team. She was always available to go over things with my mother (and I know she called almost everyday!) The day of the wedding was 100 degrees and Colleen was sweet enough to provide all of our guests with beautiful umbrellas. She even went out of her way to purchase these beautiful gold napkins to match our color scheme. She payed attention to every detail. Everything we wanted they were able to provide. The food was catered by her company Cravings and it was delicious, all of our guests commented that we had great food choices.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Colleen and her team. The entire process from the beginning to the end was seamless and culminated in the wedding of our dreams. Thank you for everything!

We could not have been more happy with our choice of venues. The owner's are very warm and friendly. Everything was taken care of and we did not have to worry about any part of ceremony / reception. The food was excellent (bacon wrapped scallops and prime rib were especially delicious!).

I can't say enough great things about The Country Inn Event Center & Cravings Fine Foods. From the minute I met with Colleen and started planning my wedding, she was friendly, helpful and truly cared about making our wedding day perfect. She worked with me and was very flexible and accomodating. Everything was PERFECT for the wedding day. The food was delicious, every guest said how great it was. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I am so glad we had our wedding at The Country Inn, they made our dream wedding come true! :)

I had a great expeirience with The Country Inn. The grounds are beautiful! They were great helping me prepare for the wedding and answer ALL my questions. On the wedding day, the staff was so helpful and everything went very smooth! I would definetely recommend them to a friend.
