Say I Do to the Cooper Estate!

If you are thinking about holding your wedding at the Cooper Estate - DO IT!!! This magical venue caters to everyone who wants to venture into this romantic estate. Most of our guests traveled from all over the world and could not stop raving about how beautiful the grotto, outdoor area, and dining space was. To top it off, Idalia was amazing to work with and made the whole day feel like a dream. Idalia is an incredible person to work with and her professionalism and over all kind heart truly made this day something I and my guests will remember for many, many years. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or a better team!

Regina and Idalia went above and beyond for our wedding!

I’ve been in the wedding industry for a few years so finding a venue that fits all the things I wanted my wedding to be was difficult. But I always knew Cooper Estate was at the top of my list, I just wasn’t sure it’d fit within my budget. Well I was so ecstatic when Idalia and Regina were willing to let us have a brunch wedding which is everything I’ve ever wanted. I knew I wanted an intimate wedding without a party, but I’m Hispanic and intimate doesn’t necessarily describe my family. Keeping it down to 50 people was so difficult but we managed. They created a menu specific to our brunch needs and everyone still to this day talks about how amazing it was. We hosted everyone for 3 hours and it was just enough to have our ceremony, mini cocktail hour, and brunch with first dances and speeches. If I had to do it all over again at the Cooper Estate I would (and maybe just add one more hour) but either way their service and staff was exceptional.

Regina and Idalia stepped in when we had to switch our venue to Coopers with a month notice due to ongoing construction at our initial venue. They were so kind, attentive, communicative and our guests couldn't believe this wasn't our original venue. They let us seamlessly bring our vendors, vision for our wedding, and saved our wedding day. My wedding was perfect and I am so happy we chose Coopers as our venue for this milestone.

The Cooper Estate is Amazing!

We got married at the Cooper Estate and we absolutely loved it!!! Not only is The Cooper Estate the most gorgeous place to have a wedding, they also were wonderful to work with! The venue is even more stunning in person and our guests were raving about how incredibly beautiful the place is, especially the ceremony area. In terms of flow, this venue is great for guest experience because they never get stagnant in one place for too long - they flow from the ceremony area into the open area for cocktail hour, and then into the barn for the reception.

Idalia was our venue coordinator and she was absolutely incredible to work with. She made the whole experience SEAMLESS! We probably emailed her 100+ questions over the course of the year and she patiently answered every single one quickly and thoroughly. She became such a trusted resource for us for all things wedding planning and we couldn’t have asked for a better contact!! On the day of the wedding, she put so much care into making sure everything ran smoothly. She thought of everything that we missed in terms of flow (i.e. where should I put my bouquet after the grand entrance and before the first dance? How should we position ourselves for the cake cutting? etc.). This wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her expertise and care. Overall we absolutely loved it!!!! Thank you so much to the whole team at TCE for making our special day so beautiful and memorable!!! We wouldn’t have wanted to get married anywhere else.

We also wanted to include some tid-bits that would have been useful for us as we were planning a wedding here. We found these out along the way, so we wanted to share just in case they can help other couples in the future!

-After we booked with them, the venue provided a tasting with the caterer so we could select our entrees, hors d'oeuvres, and linens
-The venue included valet staff, a bartender, a day-of coordinator (ours was Idalia), a DJ (we had DJ Rey), a cake (we got ours from Edda’s), and in-house catering with servers.
-We didn’t realize at first that a cake was included in the venue cost. We ended up ordering from Edda’s South Miami after visiting them for a free tasting. The cake tasted amazing and looked perfect!! They coordinate with The Cooper Estate for delivery so that was one of the easiest things to plan!
-Don’t be shy to ask about add-ons, for example the gold circle arch we rented from the venue wasn’t advertised on their website or handouts, but we asked about it and they were able to set it up for us.
-In terms of logistics, they will schedule a time to drop off your items a couple days before the event and they take care of set up.
-Your signature drinks will be passed during cocktail hour and they typically don’t continue to serve them for the rest of the night unless there are leftovers from the batch.
-The DJ will reach out about a month before the event, we were a little worried because we didn’t have a chance to shop around with the DJ like we would for other vendors, but honestly the DJ was amazing (DJ Rey from SCJ events), so don’t stress about this!

Those are just some things we wished we knew when we were starting out, and I thought that sharing this info might help make the planning process a little bit easier for other couples. Overall, I can’t stress enough, the Cooper Estate was AMAZING and we’re soooo happy we chose to get married there!!!! [Photo credit: Wild Eyed Photography]

TCE is truly amazing!

The cooper estate is truly amazing! From start to finish, Lori, Regina, and Idalia were responsive, professional, and attentive. I am one of the lucky brides that had a truly *perfect* wedding day. Everything ran so smooth and was exactly like we envisioned. Special shout out to Lori for coordinating everything seamlessly on that day.

We ended up using the venue’s catering company and they didn’t disappoint! We chose the rodizio style dinner & it was delicious. All of our guests complimented the menu. The bartenders/server staff were also fantastic. The DJ hired through the cooper estate was also great. Their preferred vendors are on point. I’m telling you… everything was perfect!!

The venue speaks for itself. it’s stunning. The cooper estate & team is quite a gem in the south FL area.

The best team ever

Idalia, Regina, and Donna embody true professionalism and should be the standard of what an A+ team is. Idalia and Regina's hard work, kindness, and flexibility went a long way during the year leading up to our wedding. They all worked so incredibly hard to ensure that our wedding was nothing less than perfect. Donna, the day of coordinator, made our day so special. It would not have been the same without her. Any couple having their wedding at The Cooper Estate is so lucky to have this team a part of their special day. We appreciate everything they did for us and ensuring we had a top notch wedding. Amazing Venue!

My wife and I, Florida born and raised, we’re looking for something different than the usual beach and ocean themed wedding that we are accustomed to. We came across The Cooper Estate through a Google search looking for a venue that felt different. The minute we took a tour of The Cooper Estate we fell in love and knew it was exactly what we were looking for. Once we signed the agreement the planning began. What The Cooper Estate took care of in their contract in terms of valet, DJ, cake, servers, food, bartender etc. seemed too good to be true. I’ll be honest, the closer we got to the big day the more nervous we became with leaving so much in everyone else’s hands. My wife and I were very hands on with our florist and heavily participated in the layout and decor for our themed wedding. When the big day began, we both immediately realized how organized and on their game the staff are at The Cooper Estate. Their staff was polite, the food was amazing and the coordination with all the outside vendors was flawless. Our coordinator, Donna, was spectacular. Between Donna and Regina our big day had not one hiccup, we couldn’t have asked for a better team.

For anyone reading this trying to decide whether or not they want to book The Cooper Estate, my wife and I can attest that it was worth it. If you have toured the venue, which is gorgeous, just know that the day of comes together even better than you could imagine. We also used a photographer and florist recommended to us by The Cooper Estate which we could not have been happier with. If you do not have a preferred florist or photographer please consider AR Elegant Creations and Pure Zeal Photography.

Most amazing/beautiful venue in Miami!!!

My wife and I were married their last month and it surpassed our wildest expectations. Regina was amazing to work with, and was always available for my wife’s million questions. The food, decor, and service was perfect. We truly could not have asked for a more perfect day. We highly recommend working with Donna, the day of coordinator. If you want a dream wedding, the Cooper Estate is where you need to have it.

Perfection!

We got married at the Cooper Estate last month and WOW is all I can say! This venue is a hidden gem in the Redlands. We had the most perfect day! All our guests commented on how perfect and beautiful everything was! From the delicious food to amazing service, everything was seamless. Donna, the day of coordinator, was on point too! Regina and Idalia were great to work with, professional and always responded to our million questions in a timely manner. Anyone who wants to have the wedding of a lifetime, I HIGHLY recommend the Cooper Estate!

Magical, Elegant, Amazing, Surreal, and Above and Beyond!!!!!!!!!!

The cooper Estate and their staff are not only the best in the business, they are just the most amazing people ever.. Words can't even begin to describe Mrs. Regina. She is just the right person in every aspect to put your once in a lifetime experience in her hands. She is such a sincere and caring person who caters to your every need with the utmost attention, detail, and efficiency. She not only ensures the wedding of your dreams, but goes above and beyond in such detail that it's breathtakingly perfect. From day one of venue searching all the way to the post wedding aura, she was consistently perfect. We appreciate and love her from the bottom of our hearts. Perfection is not easy but she finds a way to surpass all expectations and more.. We thank you !!!!

Mrs. Donna our wedding coordinator which is included was born for this role. She is just outstandingly efficient and on point. Her experience, care, attention, and ability to run an event is unbelievable. You can rest assured with your eyes closed that once she is your wedding coordinator, all will be perfect. I would trust her with my eyes closed on the most important day of commitment in my life without question. Her time management and thoughtfulness is so efficient and thorough, you will never miss a beat or moment. It's a gift and she possesses it in overabundance.

Mrs. Idalia, is an extraordinary communicator and liaison to the entire process with effective communication and streamline customer service and help. With all the questions and nerves she will put them to ease with solid answers and options. There are not ticks but just facts and advice. We thank you as well.

We chose Anna Paz Cakes for the included choice of vendors. Their care and work was on point and perfect. They made the process smooth and quick as time is of the essence. The cake was a work of art and tasted magnificent.

DJ Ray, was fantastic and adaptable. He ensured proper setup with our last minute addition of a chorus. He was so on point with the music selection and timing of the dances. To control the room and mood was not easy but the compliments flowed in like a river. Thank you.

Mrs. Darenda hooked up our flowers and it was just breathtaking. Once, we saw the venue with it's natural beauty and the addition of the flowers, we just sat back and said this is perfect and the rest doesn't matter. The place is so beautiful that it calms your nerves in a surreal moment that makes you feel satisfied and complete.

The food was included and amazing!!!! We were told by all our guest that they would never have expected such a classy and flavorful meal. We chose the Rodizio option which is in my opinion the best choice possible. It is without question the only way to go.

We mentioned all these amazing people and vendors as they are included. Oh, yes by the way it's a one stop shop. The bridal cottage, ceremony, reception, and cocktail area are exceptional and all within feet of each other. The wedding coordinator, DJ, and cakes were included as well. Once, you book your wedding, the stress level goes down immensely, due to the fact 70% of your wedding planning will be complete.

People wished us good luck on the the wedding planning due to the stress, nerves, complications, mishaps, and tedious work. We understand how that can be, but we never experienced any of those things. With The Cooper Estate, it was effortless, efficient, well executed, and perfect. It's all inclusive effect left more time to plan the enjoyable parts of the wedding and soak in the entire experience. We couldn't be happier.

5 stars is not a high enough rating, 100 stars and more is more accurate. Our family comes from a military background, so pleasing is difficult when it comes to execution of an event. The precision and efficiency of their entire operation with care and love is just outstanding.

We are proud to call The Cooper Estate our Wedding Venue, our friends said it was the best wedding they've attended, and everyone has been raving about it ever since. We will return one day to plan a anniversary party and we recommend this venue and staff to anyone seriously interested in a magical day.
