If you are thinking about holding your wedding at the Cooper Estate - DO IT!!! This magical venue caters to everyone who wants to venture into this romantic estate. Most of our guests traveled from all over the world and could not stop raving about how beautiful the grotto, outdoor area, and dining space was. To top it off, Idalia was amazing to work with and made the whole day feel like a dream. Idalia is an incredible person to work with and her professionalism and over all kind heart truly made this day something I and my guests will remember for many, many years. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or a better team! -

I’ve been in the wedding industry for a few years so finding a venue that fits all the things I wanted my wedding to be was difficult. But I always knew Cooper Estate was at the top of my list, I just wasn’t sure it’d fit within my budget. Well I was so ecstatic when Idalia and Regina were willing to let us have a brunch wedding which is everything I’ve ever wanted. I knew I wanted an intimate wedding without a party, but I’m Hispanic and intimate doesn’t necessarily describe my family. Keeping it down to 50 people was so difficult but we managed. They created a menu specific to our brunch needs and everyone still to this day talks about how amazing it was. We hosted everyone for 3 hours and it was just enough to have our ceremony, mini cocktail hour, and brunch with first dances and speeches. If I had to do it all over again at the Cooper Estate I would (and maybe just add one more hour) but either way their service and staff was exceptional.

We got married at the Cooper Estate and we absolutely loved it!!! Not only is The Cooper Estate the most gorgeous place to have a wedding, they also were wonderful to work with! The venue is even more stunning in person and our guests were raving about how incredibly beautiful the place is, especially the ceremony area. In terms of flow, this venue is great for guest experience because they never get stagnant in one place for too long - they flow from the ceremony area into the open area for cocktail hour, and then into the barn for the reception.
Idalia was our venue coordinator and she was absolutely incredible to work with. She made the whole experience SEAMLESS! We probably emailed her 100+ questions over the course of the year and she patiently answered every single one quickly and thoroughly. She became such a trusted resource for us for all things wedding planning and we couldn’t have asked for a better contact!! On the day of the wedding, she put so much care into making sure everything ran smoothly. She thought of everything that we missed in terms of flow (i.e. where should I put my bouquet after the grand entrance and before the first dance? How should we position ourselves for the cake cutting? etc.). This wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her expertise and care. Overall we absolutely loved it!!!! Thank you so much to the whole team at TCE for making our special day so beautiful and memorable!!! We wouldn’t have wanted to get married anywhere else.
We also wanted to include some tid-bits that would have been useful for us as we were planning a wedding here. We found these out along the way, so we wanted to share just in case they can help other couples in the future!
-After we booked with them, the venue provided a tasting with the caterer so we could select our entrees, hors d'oeuvres, and linens
-The venue included valet staff, a bartender, a day-of coordinator (ours was Idalia), a DJ (we had DJ Rey), a cake (we got ours from Edda’s), and in-house catering with servers.
-We didn’t realize at first that a cake was included in the venue cost. We ended up ordering from Edda’s South Miami after visiting them for a free tasting. The cake tasted amazing and looked perfect!! They coordinate with The Cooper Estate for delivery so that was one of the easiest things to plan!
-Don’t be shy to ask about add-ons, for example the gold circle arch we rented from the venue wasn’t advertised on their website or handouts, but we asked about it and they were able to set it up for us.
-In terms of logistics, they will schedule a time to drop off your items a couple days before the event and they take care of set up.
-Your signature drinks will be passed during cocktail hour and they typically don’t continue to serve them for the rest of the night unless there are leftovers from the batch.
-The DJ will reach out about a month before the event, we were a little worried because we didn’t have a chance to shop around with the DJ like we would for other vendors, but honestly the DJ was amazing (DJ Rey from SCJ events), so don’t stress about this!
Those are just some things we wished we knew when we were starting out, and I thought that sharing this info might help make the planning process a little bit easier for other couples. Overall, I can’t stress enough, the Cooper Estate was AMAZING and we’re soooo happy we chose to get married there!!!! [Photo credit: Wild Eyed Photography]

Magical, Elegant, Amazing, Surreal, and Above and Beyond!!!!!!!!!!
The cooper Estate and their staff are not only the best in the business, they are just the most amazing people ever.. Words can't even begin to describe Mrs. Regina. She is just the right person in every aspect to put your once in a lifetime experience in her hands. She is such a sincere and caring person who caters to your every need with the utmost attention, detail, and efficiency. She not only ensures the wedding of your dreams, but goes above and beyond in such detail that it's breathtakingly perfect. From day one of venue searching all the way to the post wedding aura, she was consistently perfect. We appreciate and love her from the bottom of our hearts. Perfection is not easy but she finds a way to surpass all expectations and more.. We thank you !!!!
Mrs. Donna our wedding coordinator which is included was born for this role. She is just outstandingly efficient and on point. Her experience, care, attention, and ability to run an event is unbelievable. You can rest assured with your eyes closed that once she is your wedding coordinator, all will be perfect. I would trust her with my eyes closed on the most important day of commitment in my life without question. Her time management and thoughtfulness is so efficient and thorough, you will never miss a beat or moment. It's a gift and she possesses it in overabundance.
Mrs. Idalia, is an extraordinary communicator and liaison to the entire process with effective communication and streamline customer service and help. With all the questions and nerves she will put them to ease with solid answers and options. There are not ticks but just facts and advice. We thank you as well.
We chose Anna Paz Cakes for the included choice of vendors. Their care and work was on point and perfect. They made the process smooth and quick as time is of the essence. The cake was a work of art and tasted magnificent.
DJ Ray, was fantastic and adaptable. He ensured proper setup with our last minute addition of a chorus. He was so on point with the music selection and timing of the dances. To control the room and mood was not easy but the compliments flowed in like a river. Thank you.
Mrs. Darenda hooked up our flowers and it was just breathtaking. Once, we saw the venue with it's natural beauty and the addition of the flowers, we just sat back and said this is perfect and the rest doesn't matter. The place is so beautiful that it calms your nerves in a surreal moment that makes you feel satisfied and complete.
The food was included and amazing!!!! We were told by all our guest that they would never have expected such a classy and flavorful meal. We chose the Rodizio option which is in my opinion the best choice possible. It is without question the only way to go.
We mentioned all these amazing people and vendors as they are included. Oh, yes by the way it's a one stop shop. The bridal cottage, ceremony, reception, and cocktail area are exceptional and all within feet of each other. The wedding coordinator, DJ, and cakes were included as well. Once, you book your wedding, the stress level goes down immensely, due to the fact 70% of your wedding planning will be complete.
People wished us good luck on the the wedding planning due to the stress, nerves, complications, mishaps, and tedious work. We understand how that can be, but we never experienced any of those things. With The Cooper Estate, it was effortless, efficient, well executed, and perfect. It's all inclusive effect left more time to plan the enjoyable parts of the wedding and soak in the entire experience. We couldn't be happier.
5 stars is not a high enough rating, 100 stars and more is more accurate. Our family comes from a military background, so pleasing is difficult when it comes to execution of an event. The precision and efficiency of their entire operation with care and love is just outstanding.
We are proud to call The Cooper Estate our Wedding Venue, our friends said it was the best wedding they've attended, and everyone has been raving about it ever since. We will return one day to plan a anniversary party and we recommend this venue and staff to anyone seriously interested in a magical day.

Gorgeous Venue, could spend eternity here!
From the moment I called Regina, she was kind, professional and flexible. Thank you so much for creating the wedding of my dreams. My only regret is not getting an extra hour to spend even more time. Everyone that came was in love with this venue. It’s a hidden gem in the middle of homestead! I wanted a venue that didn’t look anything like Florida and that’s what I got. Thank you for everything! -

We had a dual tour with Idalia at the cooper estate and the old grove. Both were breath taking! We fell absolutely in love with The Cooper Estate and booked it immediately. Regina knows how to run a venue. There is not one thing out of place there. Regina was so helpful with booking my florist with Dalyn with Flowers Unveild to booking our wedding cake with Ruthie from thrilled Cakery both highly recommended. She also recommended our officiant which was absolutely incredible. Regina we cannot thank you enough. And Donna you are a miracle worker! Donna was on top of everything she made our wedding flawless. Literally would never do a wedding without her again! She is the best of the best! She made sure every guest was comfortable and that the bride and groom had a drink in their hand at all times : ) I wouldn’t book any other venue but The Cooper Estate. Amazing staff amazing food we truly had our dream wedding -

Excellent experience to say the least.
The Cooper Estate is truly a fantastic venue. The location might throw you off at first but once you see it you will instantly realize this place is like no other. It’s a true gem.
I had the pleasure to work directly with Idalia, Regina and Donna and they really know how to make the process a wonderful experience.
It was such a memorable and fun day for us, we are grateful that we were able to take a step back to take it all in truly experience the moment and that wouldn’t have been possible without the wonderful staff and the remarkable Donna Ingram (day of coordinator provided by TCE) .Our friends and family did not stop talking about the venue and food for days. The venue was stunning everything we had asked for. The food was delicious, cooked to perfection with a fabulous presentation. I honestly only have great things to say about TCE, highly recommend. -

We had our wedding at The Cooper Estate and I could not have asked for anything more beautiful. It was perfect. The venue is like nothing you will find in Miami. Our guest could not believe how beautiful it was and keep commenting on how delicious the food was, we had the Rodizio. Idalia was very helpful during the whole planning process and answered all my question. Donna, the Day of Coordinator, was a amazing to work with. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes just the way you want it. Our wedding was everything I pictured it to be and more thanks to this beautiful venue and Regina and her staff. -

Idalia was so easy to work with leading up to the wedding, she answered all questions almost instantly. Donna, the day of coordinator, made sure every single detail of the day was absolutely perfect, she made the day completely worry free. Regina was sweet and ensured everything was executed exactly as planned. If I didn't know any better I would have thought the controlled the weather, too! Every inch of the venue makes for the most romantic and unique wedding every bride dreams of. The ceremony space is beautifully set in the limestone Grotto complete with lucious greenery, orchids, and waterfalls. The stairs were a bit of a concern for some guests, but everyone managed to walk up and down without any issues. The cocktail hour is set beneath large beautiful trees with romantic lighting, and the indoor ceremony space makes you feel like royalty. The food was absolutely delicious and the service spectacular. Our guests raved about every aspect of the wedding. I would 100% recommend the Cooper Estate to anyone looking to get married in South Florida!

Diane Sent on 04/15/2018Beautiful venue. My son and daughter in law had their wedding at the Cooper Estate on April 6th. The staff did a fabulous job and place and food were outstanding. The wedding couple were very much into renaissance era and this venue brought all of that and more. If you are looking for a venue that is enchanting and romantic, I would highly recommend the Cooper Estate. With all of the lush greenery for the outdoor ceremony and all the dark woods and rustic chandeliers, it will certainly exceed your expectations.

From the enchanting grotto to the romantic barn, there’s very little you have to do to this venue to make it beautiful and memorable. Working with Regina and Idalia in the planning phases was an absolute pleasure. I live in California and planned my entire wedding 100% long distance without a planner; but for my every question, they were quick to respond and made the planning phases as smooth as possible. There was never a time I thought I had to worry about anything. The venue add ons, such as the draping or the moss aisle runner are readily available from the Cooper Estate which made things so easy. Our day of coordinator Donna was absolutely on point. She knows exactly what she is doing and is exactly the type of person you want running the show on your wedding day. She catered to our every need and made sure we felt like royalty on the big day. Looking back on everything, I wouldn’t change a thing! The planning, the catering, the DJ, the venue were just perfect. We still get rave reviews on how amazing our big day was and we owe it all to the cooper estate.

Kira Sent on 03/09/2018Words literally cannot express how incredibly happy my husband and I and our families were with this wedding venue. We planned a wedding from our home across the country and Idalia and Regina made the entire process seamless and I didn't have to worry about not being there at all! I wanted to have a wedding in Florida, but did not want your typical "Florida Beach Wedding". The moment I arrived at Cooper Estate and saw the grotto on our tour I got tears in my eyes, I knew this was the perfect wedding venue, and that it was! I worked with Idalia after we signed the contract, sending her multiple emails a week and I never felt nervous about not being there because her and Regina made me so confident they had everything covered and she was so very responsive. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this venue, our guests could not stop telling us how we had a truly fairytale wedding and the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen. When it came time for the wedding I worked closely with Donna Ingram the last month as our day of planner, if I wasn't already obsessed with this venue she definitely did the finishing touches. Donna worked with my vendors, put together a perfect day of timeline, and set up the venue to match the exact picture I had in my mind. She made sure I had every single thing I needed from finding missing family members, locating my moms lost speech cards, providing us with appetizers and champagne as needed, and even helping me figure out how to perfectly incorporate both my father and step father in my special day. She was the best person I could imagine to make this day incredible! She also operated as a courier service for us the day of the wedding when we realized we had no one to deliver our cupcakes to the venue, relieving a ton of stress from me and my family! Lastly, the food and DJ were incredible. The DJ really got the party started and played a great mix of oldies and fun current songs to keep people on the dance floor the entire night. -

We did not even look anywhere else and we are so glad that we didn't! The Cooper Estate is absolutely magical and our wedding was a fairytale. Our friends and family were blown away and had nothing but wonderful things to say about our wedding. Several people have complimented that it was the best wedding that they have been to. I credit these compliments to the Cooper Estate. This place is stunning, romantic and everyone had a blast. Regina, Donna and Idalia were the best! They were so sweet and always available to answer my questions. Regina made sure that our wedding day was perfect and we are beyond thankful for everything she did for us. Donna was our wedding day coordinator and I swear we would have been the lost without her. There are no words to describe how perfect our wedding was. The Cooper Estate will always hold a special place in my heart.

The beautiful venue comes with a Day of Coordinator. Thank goodness! Idalia was amazing. We spent months exchanging emails, creating plans, revising plans, and then scraping some of them altogether. On the actual wedding day, she set up everything I had delivered to the venue the previous day. It was gorgeous! My guests were all awe struck. She made sure to take care of the venue, us (Bride & Groom), and any little thing that came up. When my Mom couldn't figure out how to bussel my dress she watched the video with instructions and did it for us. Thank you Idalia, you helped the day go by so smoothly! -

User4719007 Sent on 09/23/2015BEAUTIFUL Venue. Absolutely breath taking. We had lots of out of towns guests who never imagined a place in South Florida like that existed. The food was incredible! Some of my guest have been to other weddings since mine and claim that the food at the Cooper Estate was better than all the weddings they attended after. Even some weddings at some very renowned venues. Flexibility is a little hard to get from them. I understand it's a very delicate venue and therefore are very strict on the hours of usage but it does add some pressure and stress. However, they are doing a great job of maintaining it the venue beautiful and immaculate. For the cost of using the venue I think they should included a day-off planner to help the bride instead of having the bride pay one additionally. If I had to do it all over again, I'd always go back to the Cooper Estate. -

Be Cautious
When my fiance and I first toured the Cooper Estate in Feburary 2022, we both agreed this was going to be the perfect place for our wedding. We booked March 25 2023 for our wedding date and we were so excited. Unfortunately April of 2022 we experienced some unforeseen medical expenses and quickly realized we were not going to be able to afford the wedding we had hoped for. We immediately contacted Idalia at Cooper Estate to see if they could work with us to return our deposit. She initially said if our date was booked by another couple, they would gladly return our deposit. She put together a contract for the agreement and we signed. As our hospital bills were piling up, we were so grateful for her understanding.Since it was almost a year from our booked date during peak wedding season, we were optimistic we would get our $5,000 deposit back, which we so desperately needed. After a few months I went by, I reached out to see if it had been booked and was informed it had not been. As August approached and finances were thin, I decided to ask a friend to reach out to see if the date was available. When my friend contacted Cooper Estate, she was informed the date of March 25 was no longer available. I was very excited to hear this news and contacted Idalia, who told me that the date had NOT been booked yet. When I told her my friend had just spoke to her, she scolded me for questioning her integrity as a business woman and said she would never lie about such a thing. Believing maybe there was some miscommunication when my friend called, I decided to wait another month and have another friend contact them. Again, my friend was told March 25 2023 was not available. I called to confirm and again, Idalia told me the date had not been booked. At this point I decided to reach out to a friend who is an attorney for some advice on how to proceed. He has been helping me try to recover the $5000 deposit that Idalia and her team at Cooper Estate signed a contract stating they would return if the date was rebooked. From 3 separate sources that contacted Cooper Estate, the date of March 25 2023 had been rebooked by another couple, yet Idalia has refused to return the $5000, has refused to communicate or cooperate with my attorney when he has attempted to contact her multiple times. I understand if the date hadn’t been rebooked, it is very reasonable of them to keep the $5000. However, the date had been rebooked, they were able to make the money needed off that date. The greed, deceit and manipulation that I have experienced from Idalia and the Cooper Estate during this very difficult time has been desolating.
