Lod cook wedding

Lod cook went above and beyond all expectations! They were so easy to work with and so helpful. They had some of the best food I’ve ever had at a reception! Loved this place!!

Great staff and great food (they use Unique Cuisine for all of their catering). Anything we requested for our day was granted and without any hassle. Very organized and accommodating staff! Also, our family loved that staying at the Lod Cook Hotel, so easy to walk across and on LSU's campus!

Lod Cook was wonderful! They have a hotel directly behind the venue so no one had to drive. They also fixed my husband and I a plate of food from our reception and put it in our suite with a complimentary bottle of champagne. They were fabulous!

Over priced rental fee but made for a beautiful reception! I found them 13 months before our wedding and they were already booking up around our wedding date so I had to reserve my date right away. They require that you use Unique Cuisine Catering which was FANTASTIC! They do not allow an open flame in the building which is the only thing I would have wanted differently but I was very pleased with overall appearance and how everything turned out.

Great venue!

Lod Cook was a great option for us because we wanted the ceremony and reception in the same space. Devon was great to work with and embraced my intense attention to detail and was willing to answer absolutely all of my questions. Also, we received TONS of compliments about the food, which was very important to us. All in all, it was a great venue and we'd definitely recommend it to others!
