The Coffey Barn is a family-owned and operated wedding and event venue in Cleveland, Tennessee that strives to be a reasonably priced self-service venue. Our facility is a 2500 square foot barn with a full concrete floor, two guest restrooms, and a full kitchen. Included with the rental are many extras. Some of these include round tables and chairs for up to 150 people, six-foot rectangular tables, the 1963 Jeep truck for photos, and various other antiques for decoration. Included in the rental fee is the use of the fully furnished dressing areas on the day of the event for the bride and groom's parties. The bridal house is complete with a kitchen, full bath, and living room. With our facility, you can bring in your caterer, DJ, decorator, setup personnel, and florist. We also include time for a planning meeting and clean-up services after the event.
The Coffey Barn wedding rentals have the use of the property for the full day from 9 am until 11 pm. Saturdays rentals are a day and a half rental, which include all day Saturday, and half-day on the Friday prior. The halve day is from 3 pm until 9 pm, and can be used for a rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and decorating. We include the use of your choice of outdoor area for a ceremony, Indoor use of the barn for a ceremony and/or reception, two dressing areas for the wedding party, a full kitchen, round tables and white chairs for 150 people, and use of the decorations we have available.
We can also accommodate your corporate luncheon or small events during the week. Ask us about our weekday hourly event packages. Unfortunately, we no longer do teenage parties.
We like to advise that the barn does not have air conditioning so events held during the summer months can be hot. We do have thermostat controlled heat for winter months.
We show the barn on Tuesday and Thursday evenings after 5:00 by appointment only.
