The Butt Hutt food truck was present for my outdoor barnyard wedding reception last November. They provided Absolutely Amazing service.
My guest are talking about it almost a year later.
Will definitely use them again in the future.

We chose them to cater our wedding because their menu included a variety of meal options including vegetarian selections and we love BBQ. Jacob was so easy to work with and accommodating. We had to change reception venues the day before the wedding and they had no issues adapting. The food was absolutely delicious and our guests loved it. They were also available to answer questions and chat with wedding guests. Best food I've ever had at a wedding (not just saying that because it was my wedding).

Words cannot express how amazing Butt Hutt was. We hired them to cater our Food Truck wedding. From the get go, we knew we wanted to have them cater our wedding and working with Jacob was a true pleasure. He was definitely one of our favorite people to work with. He was so incredibly kind, hospitable, and so easy to work with. Since we were based in Miami and planning our wedding in Gainesville, he was so accommodating and made the planning process so easy and enjoyable. He did a tasting for us when he was in town catering an event for the Super Bowl and took the time to make this amazing spread for my fiancé and I. To be honest, I was never big on BBQ food, but my fiancé was, and Jacob’s food was the BEST bbq I have ever had. From the pulled pork, the brisket, mac and cheese, and fries, it was an amazing feast. Fast forward to our wedding, all of our guests were obsessed with the food and raved about the brisket, Mexican street corn, pulled pork and beans, lime slaw, jerk chicken, and sausage. Since we were busy with our guests, Jacob ensured we had a stash of his food for leftovers, which we ate for breakfast the morning after and it was just as good a day later. The icing on the cake was watching all of our food truck vendors helping each other out; which showed the passion they each had for their craft and how they looked out for one another. All in all, Jacob and the Butt Hutt crew was the best food experience I have ever had and should be hired for any life event because they will knock it out of the park !

We got married 11/9/19, and could not have been more happy with how the catering turned out. Got some many compliments after the wedding about how delicious the food was! Honestly we had never even tried the food prior to booking, but working with Jacob was easy and he was very helpful and accommodating. Not to mention how good the food just looked on paper! So we decided to take the risk and go with them, and it was 100% worth it! We had the food truck set up, along with bbq buffet to give people more options. Would definitely recommend The Butt Hutt if you are looking for amazing bbq and the food truck vibe!

Jacob was really easy to work with- very responsive and flexible. Everyone LOVED the food at our Welcome Party. We had Appetizers & full meals provided by Butt Hutt and they did not disappoint!

Jacob and the entire team at Butt Hutt were just AMAZING to work with. My husband and I met while working for a BBQ restaurant and when we got engaged we just knew we wanted to do something to pay tribute to that. From the first initial conversation about the wedding to planning the menu to the actual wedding day, Jacob was just the best! My husband is a pork-a-holic, however I do not eat pork, and we had quite a few non meat eaters at the wedding. Jacob was able to make something that appealed to everyone. We had the most AMAZING loaded fries, a his and her sliders, and a his and her taco. I was worried at the start of planning because food trucks tend to have loud generators and I was worried that you would be able to hear it during the ceremony. Jacob assured me that we would not be able to hear it, and that he has the quietest generator on the market. He is 100% correct. I didn't even know they were there yet! Everyone was talking all night about how amazing the food was and how cool it was to have a food truck at our wedding. We are still getting texted about it. We were thrilled with the way our backyard rehearsal dinner turned out. The food and service was excellent. The Butt Hutt made this a night that all in attendance will remember as a great time!
