Where do I even begin? When My fiancé and I started planning our wedding a year out, l was already set on having our ceremony and reception take place at The Broadmoor. Being a destination for us, I was unsure on how the planning process would all pan out when all of our decisions needed to be made via telephone and e-mail. I couldn’t believe what a breeze it actually was! Melissa, The Broadmoor Catering Manager, was my saving grace through it all. From the beginning, I was so impressed by her passion, professionalism, and customer focus. On the day of our wedding, The Broadmoor staff did such an incredible job catering to our guests and making our wedding day dreams come true. It’s been over a month since our wedding and everyone is still raving about what a fairytale our big day really was! We had our ceremony overlooking the Cheyenne Mountain on the Lakeside Terrace, a setting that truly looked like a page out of a story book. Our Reception took place in the Lakeside Terrace Dining Room which was just as magical. The food was to die for- we had several “action” stations instead of a formal sit-down meal, and it was a huge hit. Melissa and rest of The Broadmoor staff went out of their way to make sure our day was absolutely flawless. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day, stress-free day thanks to the incredible staff and beautiful setting!

The Broadmoor Hotel Colorado Springs. Worth every penny. It was stunningly beautiful. The food was amazing. The cake was gorgeous and delicious. Had a very Colorado feel with mountains in the background. Ceremony right by the lake and reception on the Mountain View Terrace. Thankfully the weather was perfect as well. I did not want to leave and I want to go back every anniversary! They thought of every detail and staying there is truly luxurious!

If you’re not sold on the scenery and decor, just wait until you get to your tasting! Every detail of this place, from service to setting, is impeccable. You’ll definitely feel like royalty on the big day!

The Broadmoor was a dream wedding venue!! Because COVID wasn't enough, just two days before our wedding, Colorado Springs got hit with an absolutely terrible hail storm. However, this only made the unparalleled work ethic of their entire team shine through even more as their grounds crew did such a wonderful job cleaning up and getting things put back together by the time our wedding came around 48 hours later. We cannot say enough good things about our wonderful banquet staff who worked tirelessly to ensure our day was special! They did such a tremendous job communicating all of the changes going on due to COVID and ensured we could have our wedding be as close to our original vision as possible. Melissa Fike is the absolute best and our wedding day would simply have not been the same without her, her positivity and support, and contagious energy! The Broadmoor is such a special place and hands down needs to be considered if you are thinking about getting married in Colorado Springs or having a destination wedding!

We were recently married at the Broadmoor and had the most incredible experience. From our initial emails with Katie Hogan, to the tasting, to the actual day of the ceremony, no detail was missed and everyone was incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. They provide you with a listing of different vendors they've used in the past which is a huge help coming from someone out of state. We were so impressed with how well everything was run and how easy they made it on us. Katie Hogan was a godsend! As the catering manager, weddings aren't totally her job, but she was our point of contact throughout the whole process and was always available for questions and went above and beyond to make sure our day was special. We can't wait to come back and be able to re-live our special day in the future. I highly recommend the Lake Side Terrace for anyone looking for an outdoor wedding. They have ceremonies all the time so they are used to getting everything set up and looking perfectly. I can't stress enough how incredible the entire process was.

Melissa took care of our every need. She was literally top of the line and I’m so thankful for her. My wedding was planned last minute due to a family emergency and she took care of everything. Thank you!!

We just had our daughter's wedding at the Broadmoor and I must say this is truly a 5 star venue. Everything was superb from the food, the hotel, the rooms, the customer service, the gorgeous hotel grounds. They truly rolled out the red carpet for all of us. If you are looking for a 5 star event this is it. It is pricey but you get what you pay for. I received so may compliments from all our guests. Everyone said this was truly the best wedding they have ever attended. A member of our family said to me "This is a moment of our lives that will never be forgotten." I will never ever forget this beautiful wedding and I will always be so happy that I chose to have our only daughter married here. Unforgettable experience. It was truly beautiful and so amazing.

This was the most magical, special wedding we could have dreamed for. We rented all but one of the cabins and had the ranch mostly to ourselves. The staff was absolutely amazing. It was the first (and only) wedding they have had there and the service was top notch. They let our vendors (photographer and musician) come up for the day/evening, giving them a ride up from the Broadmoor. They accommodated every special need that we had for the entire weekend. We absolutely felt special, had one of the employees "babysit" my niece and nephews so we could have an adult-only dinner, gave everyone private fly-fishing lessons, brought up extra horses so we could go riding as a group and paid special attention to even the most minor of details! It was a little pricey, but it was 3 days where we were the center of attention and waited on hand and foot. It was like the whole weekend was our wedding, not just the actual event. We can't wait to take our daughter there and show her where Mommy and Daddy got married!

Our wedding was last weekend at The Broadmoor. Everything from the pre-planning with the caterer, to our rooms, gorgeous venues for the ceremony, rehearsal, dinner, wedding luncheon, and everything in between was top-notch at The Broadmoor! Our entire wedding party and families were treated extremely well during our stay there. We give The Broadmoor our highest recommendation!!

The staff at The Broadmoor takes customer service and excellence to the next level. We have spent a great deal of time at the hotel and always loved it, but now have a special reason to go back time and again.
