She was absolutely incredible. We found her at the last minute. Had no idea how many tiny details we would need help with- she took care of everything. I was not stressed, she answered every email and text message immediately. Every quirky family situation, every single issue or hiccup was responded to with a "no problem" from her. She was so sweet and easy to work with and helped us take care of literally everything. She was also super adorable. We had 3 months to plan our second wedding. I moved here to the Ozarks from Louisiana after 40+ years of living because of remarrying and knew no one. We had booked a wedding venue but still needed assistance with the rest and after throwing up my hands, I checked in to finding a wedding planner and found Joyce by accident and called her. She said to me “well do ya feel like you just wanna throw your hands up?” I was like how did you know? You had to have been sitting right here. It worked out that she was free and within 30 minutes my fiancé, John, and myself were sitting in front of her and left that initial meeting knowing we couldn’t do this without her! Joyce has 17 plus years of experience in wedding planning, has an abundance of resources for ideas for all kinds of weddings. She is able to recommend vendors that best fit you and it was our experience that she is very well respected by them in this industry and with good reason. She has and can work with any budget. Joyce is organized, professional, and truly listens. She insists on hearing from the groom as well and worked very well with John. She is creative in communication and with budget. Give her the freedom to do her thing and she will wow you! She can get you what you want but may take a different avenue. Trust her! She is quick to respond to your phone calls, texts and is available for personal one on one meetings. Her team of assistance are extraordinary and are like duplicates of her. Joyce will inquire about your family as it helps her plan and know who is who. She pays attention to the smallest of details and makes the day of effortless. In 3 months Joyce gave us the second wedding of our dreams. It was more than we imagined. Our families had a wonderful time and we created so many memories. We get compliments all the time about how sweet she was and how beautiful things were. Joyce, not only was my wedding planner but also became a trusted friend.
