One thing I loved about Nicole was she wasn't afraid to work. The day of my wedding I noticed my in laws sitting on the farthest table away from the head table and I got very upset. We had the guest pick there own seats so I found Nicole and voiced my concerns because I wanted my new family over by me and my husband. Nicole walked me over to the tables in front of the head table and walked me through how she could get their table to fit next to mine. Then she asked if it was okay, I was over joyed because my small melt down lasted three minutes and Nicole fixed it. Nicole and the amazing servers she found to help were absolutely amazing. I went to get my own glass of water and one of the young girls came running up and said I'll do it, you enjoy your day. I did not have any panic moments because Nicole and her team fixed them before I even heard about them. I had some guest who came so I was over my count. Nicole didn't even hesitate she set them up in the restaurant without a question. Made sure they had their dinner and something to drink. Nicole is a great listener and she is understanding. She ran and got my mom food in the middle of the day because my mom started to feel sick. Thank you Nicole, everything was better then I imagined!

Nicole was amazing, she did full service planning and day of coordination for our mid summer wedding.

Everything every detail important to me she helped emphasize. She connected me to vendors I absolutely loved and fit our style and personality while saving me on the final budget.

I got the wedding of my dreams and I actually got to enjoy it not micro manage it. Better yet my photos and video ( something I didn't even know was an option but she suggested) were perfectly coordinated by vendors she had and I have absolutely beautiful memories of my day to cherish forever.

She knew what to cut and what to keep, what was worth DIY or hiring someone for and all of her advice resulted in a perfect experience.

I thought planners were something for high priced weddings and with the right planner they actually prevent you from high costs.

The Bridal Bug was called on short notice and did an awesome job coordinating. Very professional and friendly and makes sure you are happy on your big day.

I LOVE The Bridal Bug. My wedding was everything and more i couldnt have asked for a better vendor! I had a very limited budget and The Bridal Bug did amazing with it. Everything was perfect . Nicole is great at what she does. She helped with everything that needed to be done. And when an unfortunate turn of events led to the cancellation of our wedding she was the most understanding person imaginable. I couldn't recommend a better planner than The Bridal Bug!

I had a contract with the Bridal Bug to provide two staff members for services on my wedding day. They were scheduled to arrive at 2:30PM, but nobody showed up at that time. Our wedding party tried contacting the cell phone number we were given, but got no answer. Two bartenders arrived around 4:30PM (well after our wedding had started), which was not anything we had ever discussed. They refused to help with the responsibilities that we had agreed upon via email, so they were asked to leave. I was told I would be getting a full refund, but it's been three weeks and I have not received my money back. I gave 2.5 stars for responsiveness since the communication seemed okay at first, but was well below our expectations on the actual day of the wedding. I would not recommend this company.
