Nestled on 16 acres in the quaint town of New Hill, NC The Bradford was intentionally designed to embrace the countryside of Europe while embodying the serenity of home. It is a place where effortless elegance meets approachable luxury.
An event at The Bradford is not just a day or a single moment, it is a uniquely tailored experience.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 250 guests at this unique venue. You can say your “I do's” in any of their beautiful Gardens with towering trees surrounding you. You’ll have the option of their Front Garden, Side Garden, Terrace, or Back Field. Your guests can then mingle on their outdoor Terrace for cocktail hour, while you and your partner take unforgettable photos. Finally, you can then sit down for a lovely dinner and dance the night away in their Ballrooms - Cora and Daughtery Hall. You'll also have access to the main house, which can accommodate up to 50 guests for a seated dinner, and 130 guests for cocktail hour.
Services Offered
This full-service venue offers multiple packages to choose between, including a full weekend package with overnight lodging and complimentary breakfast in the morning. There are two getting-ready suites onsite for the wedding party can get ready in, as well as plenty of parking for your guests. Setup and cleanup are included with your rental fee, along with tables and chairs. They have an exclusive list of caterers and wedding planners for you to choose from, and a list of recommended DJs, florists, and specialty vendors.
Accommodation
The Bradford offers five bedrooms and four baths in their Main House. It can sleep up to 16 guests and is perfect for you and your family, or wedding party. The rooms feature wood floors, modern amenities, and an abundance of natural light. Your loved ones will also enjoy a free breakfast in the morning.

The 21st Night of September
The venue itself is everything you might want of a Provençal estate but in the US. On top of that, the venue offers not only space to get ready, and have the ceremony and reception all in one place, but overnight stays. One of the biggest pluses for me was that there was a good rain backup plan (especially since I got married during Hurricane season).
The venue seems to be routinely making improvement to keep it up to date and gorgeous for couples. We elected to get married on the side lawn which was great because not only was the grass astroturf (therefore no heels were sinking while walking down the aisle) but theres a gorgeous fire place that can easily serve as an altar.
The Bradford also provides a list of recommended vendors that you can choose from (but aren't required to use) which was incredibly helpful with planning this wedding from afar.
I absolutely recommend this venue!
