The best venue in NC
I looked at probably every venue in the state and nothing came close to The Bradford! This is the perfect venue for brides looking for something more elegant and upscale (at a great value). There are so many options on the property for where to host your celebration and the staff are wonderful. We felt so supported throughout our experience and were able to have our dream wedding day!

The 21st Night of September
I got married at the Bradford in September and not only was it a stunning venue not far from Raleigh, NC, the whole entire team was great to work with.
The venue itself is everything you might want of a Provençal estate but in the US. On top of that, the venue offers not only space to get ready, and have the ceremony and reception all in one place, but overnight stays. One of the biggest pluses for me was that there was a good rain backup plan (especially since I got married during Hurricane season).
The venue seems to be routinely making improvement to keep it up to date and gorgeous for couples. We elected to get married on the side lawn which was great because not only was the grass astroturf (therefore no heels were sinking while walking down the aisle) but theres a gorgeous fire place that can easily serve as an altar.
The Bradford also provides a list of recommended vendors that you can choose from (but aren't required to use) which was incredibly helpful with planning this wedding from afar.
I absolutely recommend this venue!

The perfect wedding venue
We fell in love with the Bradford as soon as we toured it. It's modern, warm, and has an incredible outdoor and indoor space. We got married on the side lawn by the terrace in early December and it was PERFECT. Lucy was incredibly helpful and so easy to work with while planning from out of state. The day before we made the call to move our ceremony indoors because of the rain forecast. On wedding day, it ended up being totally clear, and Lucy flipped the whole plan morning of so that we could have our ceremony outdoors as originally planned. That just shows how accommodating they are. I'd recommend this venue to anyone who will listen.

Dream Location
I didn't tell my fiance this at the time, but as soon as we pulled into the driveway of The Bradford I knew this would be the place. Although it was only the first venue we toured in the area, I knew the bar was already set extremely high and no other location would match up. The space is impeccably kept, the staff is incredibly helpful, and the atmosphere was everything I ever could've dreamed of. I would get married here 100 more times if I could.

Absolutely breathtaking venue!!
From the moment my husband and I toured the Bradford, we knew we had to have our wedding there!! It is an absolutely beautiful venue- you feel like you’re in a European villa! We got so many compliments from guests about how gorgeous the venue was. Aside from the venue itself, all the staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and prompt with answering any questions. Lucy is who we worked with during our entire planning process and she was fantastic. I would definitely recommend the Bradford to anyone getting married!!

Beautiful Venue! Amazing Staff!
We had the BEST experience at the Bradford! We had our ceremony on the back lawn and our reception on the patio. It felt like a dream!! Even with an unexpected thunderstorm, the Bradford staff moved everyone inside seamlessly - what should have been stressful ended up being really memorable (we ran around in the rain and enjoyed our first dances in the large ballroom!). Not only that, but at the last minute my husband and I decided to have a private dinner to steal a moment to ourselves, and the Bradford staff surprised us with a beautiful candlelit dinner set up that overlooked the patio where we could see our guests. It was truly the most beautiful day, and it wouldn't have been possible without India, Taylor (shoutout to C+D event planning), and the rest of the team. Visually the Bradford is beautiful, but what's really priceless is how kind, easy to work with, professional, and ON TOP OF IT their team is. I wish we could do it all again! The Bradford is the best!

Don't hesitate - book The Bradford!
The Bradford is a dream wedding venue with a timeless aesthetic and a multi-functional design to accommodate any type of wedding. Our wedding was held in April 2023, and the day just so happened to be the coldest and rainiest day in April. Thanks to The Bradford's strategic layout, we were able to still have a beautiful indoors wedding where guests were able to naturally flow through the main house to the ballrooms. There were also great options for photos outdoors while still being shielded from the rain. The bridal suite is so beautiful and well-suited for for everything the bridal party has to do the day of: getting hair and makeup done, taking pajama pictures, taking getting ready pictures, doing the first look with the bridal party, and just having a great time. The groomsmen also had a fun time in their groomsmen suite, which is decked out with games and is optimal for their getting ready process as well. Staff-wise, the employees at The Bradford are incredibly professional and communicative. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Lucy, Hannah, and Molly who were super attentive and thorough in answering our questions and working with us overall. They were also kind enough to offer for us to come back to the property to take outdoor pictures after our wedding because they knew that getting pictures outside was something we really wanted to do. I highly recommend The Bradford as a venue - you will be working with the most elegant space and enormously helpful individuals!

Perfect Venue for our Wedding!
From the moment we saw The Bradford in person, we knew immediately that this was the place we wanted to get married. We even pushed our wedding date back to get a date that we wanted. The team at The Bradford was very professional and accommodating. They created our vision perfectly, better than what I could have imagined. It was nice letting the professionals do their job and trusting their work make everything go smoothly. Their network of vendors were great to work with. Our guests loved the venue and had the best time! We wanted something private, beautiful and options to have indoor and outdoor access for the big day. The Bride and Groom rooms were perfect for getting ready. The Groom's room was a hit in our family with the men! I wish we could have another event there!

SO much joy on this day!!!!
Our best decision for our wedding was booking the Bradford!! It was the first and only place that we toured and we just knew we had to get married there. We had our wedding there last Saturday and I cannot say enough positive things about the entire team. From the beginning, they were always so fast with communication and I absolutely loved our venue coordinator, Lucy! She is the sweetest person and is incredible organized and helpful.
I saw how beautiful the space was when we toured but when we were there the day of, it was literally SO stunning. It has such a clean, classy and modern look and I just kept looking around in awe. We had our ceremony in the main ballroom and it was perfect, and then moved to the house for cocktail hour and I could not get over how amazing everything looked!!! It ended up being warm enough for people to go outside so we had cocktail tables outside and people loved the terrace. The main ballroom was the perfect size for our 120 person wedding and for the dance floor!! Not to mention, the bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous! we got hair and makeup done off site but it was so fun to take pictures there and take a moment to chill before pictures and the ceremony.
Our bar service through The Bradford was amazing as well!! everything went so smoothly and people got their drinks super quickly so they did such a great job with that. Hannah was awesome in helping me make changes to the bar selections and was so awesome.
The Bradford is a bit of an investment but I can tell you it is 100% worth it if you have the budget for it. I could go on and on about how amazing it was, honestly every time I think back I want to cry because it was just such a special time for us!! I will forever be grateful to the team, they are all such great people and helped make the wedding process so much easier than I anticipated!

My husband and I got married at The Bradford in June 2022 and it was the most magical day of our lives. We picked The Bradford because from the first tour to the Wedding Day the Bradford Team was so warm, welcoming, and answered every question we had! Also, we were blown away by its pure beauty. This is a venue built for weddings and you can tell! There are a variety of spaces for ceremonies and receptions inside and out and we loved to option to be creative. You can also keep your design simple with a couple of bud vases and small decor enhancements or dress it up; either way, you will have a stunning wedding at The Bradford. We cant recommend this venue and team enough!

Stunning venue with phenomenal staff
Getting married at The Bradford was a dream come true. The wedding venue is incredibly beautiful and the entire staff was wonderful from start to finish. We had the pleasure of having Lucy as our day of coordinator and she helped the day go smoothly and be a resounding success.
We had a multicultural wedding with two ceremonies and The Bradford was perfect for us due to having multiple locations that are beautiful and equally perfect for ceremonies. Every inch of the venue is stunning and perfectly designed to help make your wedding day be everything you ever imagined. Our guests loved being able to move throughout the venue and enjoy ceremonies in the front and side gardens, as well as enjoy cocktail hour on the beautiful terrace.
We cannot recommend the Bradford enough!

This venue is like no other. The staff whom I had the pleasure of speaking with from tours, several open houses (Which were amazing), bar questions to their wedding coordinator, were all pleasant to work with and lovely. the perfect triangle area venue
Choosing The Bradford as our wedding venue was the easiest and best decision we made in wedding planning! On paper it seems like The Bradford is "a little far" from Raleigh/etc. but it is SO WORTH IT - that extra 15 minute drive into the country is well worth the amazing, private, luxurious feeling you get when you pull into the drive. It seriously feels like you entered a magical little oasis in New Hill that also weirdly feels like you're at a European chateau. I have been to many weddings in downtown raleigh (Merrimon-Wynne) where you hear cars/music/people loudly going by during the ceremony, which is definitely not an issue at The Bradford where you feel like you're in a peaceful little corner of the world. We had an overnight package that allowed me and my bridesmaids to stay the night before and it was SO fun and so worth it - I was able to take a hot bath in the beautiful master bathroom the night before and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, I felt like I was on vacation it was so relaxing. One thing I feel gets overlooked at a lot of venues is the groom's space - which is not the case here! The grooms space is so spacious and all our guys even commented on how nice it was to have a cool spot to hang out in that day! The bridal suite is stunning and has a great view of the terrace, which was so fun to be able to watch the vendors set everything up throughout the day while we got ready! The team at The Bradford is also so professional and any small or minor hiccups that came up over the wedding process or on the rehearsal/wedding days were handled immediately without any issues. We rescheduled twice and they were very fair and accommodating in our reschedules. Can't say enough great things about this venue!

Our best wedding decision!
Everything about The Bradford is amazing! Everyone was so helpful and responsive and did everything to make our day perfect. When we first arrived, the heat was broken, but they had someone out to fix it within the hour. We did the weekend package and loved having our rehearsal dinner at The Bradford and having our wedding party spend the night. The Bradford has so many different spaces, and it was nice to be able to have guests not be in the same room all night. The weekend went so smoothly, and the team is awesome!

The most beautiful venue!
If the Bradford is still available on your date check them out! We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. The Bradford is fantastic in that it offers so many different options in how to host your event. We were able to get ready in the house and then have our ceremony in the back lawn, our cocktail hour on the patio, our reception in the ballroom and our dancing in the smaller hall. This made the day flow so easily as we didn't have to flip anything and there were both indoor and outdoor spaces for the guests to hang out in throughout the day. The team at the Bradford is organized and communicative and it was a very smooth process from signing day to wedding day.

Just amazing all around!!
Everything about the Bradford is 5 stars- the architecture, landscaping, interior design, staff, location and their reputation in the industry. They were very knowledgeable, straightforward (in a good way- no hidden fees surprises etc), helpful and responsive. The spaces at the Bradford are breathtaking and it almost feels like you have been transported to somewhere in Tuscany.

Everything you could want in a venue and more!
Michael and I booked the Bradford after our very first visit during a summer open house. We loved how the venue was perfectly designed for a wedding, up to date and boasting gorgeous rooms and outdoor spaces. We knew this place had options we would be ecstatic about, rain or shine, and the fact that we would not have to move locations between ceremony and reception. Their team was quickly responsive and incredibly helpful to make the day run smoothly. Their outdoor spaces are perfect for pictures and that LIGHTING - wow. I am so pleased with my pictures and video and I know I have the venue to thank for being such a great backdrop in addition to my amazing photographer and videographer. The bridal suite is so fun and cute and you can tell the entire space was crafted with such thoughtful attention to detail.
If I had to do it again I would do it the same, everything was absolutely perfect. I cannot sing them enough praises. DO NOT hesitate to book your day here!

The Perfect Venue
The choice of the Bradford or our wedding venue was easily the best one we made for our wedding! You can tell it was designed as a wedding venue because of the attention to every single detail that the staff at the Bradford displayed. The ballrooms are just gorgeous and the venue is just full of beautiful indoor and outdoor photo ops. We also opted for the Friday-Saturday package, which was nice to have the space to unwind in before our rehearsal. And they breakfast was just the perfect amount for the wedding day. Working with Maggie and Sarah over the year of our engagement kept everything so stress-free, and that’s saying something since we planned a pandemic wedding. Our family couldn’t stop saying how absolutely beautiful the venue was and we cannot wait to see the pictures! You will never regret choosing the Bradford for your wedding day:)

Best Wedding Experience!
There’s a lot of beautiful places to get married in North Carolina, but none top The Bradford. We planned our wedding a couple years in advance, and during our first tour we knew this was the place for us. Not only is the property stunning, but the staff was exceptional. What we loved about it was that you could customize every detail of the wedding. The Bradford property allows you to fill the space however you envision your perfect day.
We booked our wedding before their renovation, and wow was it an amazing surprise to know that we would be able to use the new space. The renovation really reflects on the experience you’ll receive if you choose to have your wedding there. It shows that they’re always looking to elevate their space— always trying to make the best and easiest possible wedding experience for their customers. In addition, the small thoughtful details around the property make everything that much more special.
When COVID happened, we were scrambling last minute to find a solution. The date was important to us, and something we’ve looked forward to for years. Sarah at The Bradford especially, was such a positive person throughout the experience, kept us updated, and was able to work with us last minute on a plan to still get married and use the house for the entire weekend. We still had our perfect day with all of our vendors (just elopement style!). If they can handle a pandemic so gracefully last minute, I can’t honestly see anything else popping up that they can’t handle!
It also goes to show, whether you’re having 7 guests, or 100 guests, The Bradford is the perfect place to get married :)

We wanted to have our ceremony in the woodsy clearing behind the house, and BLESS these women for whacking weeds and taking pictures of the spot for us during sunset so we could see how the lighting would look during the wedding ceremony. They seriously go above and beyond, and I can't recommend the Bradford or their awesome staff enough!

Dream wedding venue!
We can't say enough how much we loved the Bradford. This was hands down the most beautiful venue we saw and we fell in love with it right away. The Bradford team was such a joy to work with throughout wedding planning and made our wedding weekend an absolute dream. Staying overnight with our bridal party was a blast and spending our wedding night there was the best. We wish we could move in forever!

The Bradford is incredible! The staff is amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding day. Maggie was so sweet and always willing to help in any way she could throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is gorgeous and the space is able to be used in many different ways. Incredible venue!
We got married at The Bradford in June, and we could not have asked for a better venue! Everything was beautiful, and the staff was incredible. Everyone we worked with leading up to the day and on the day-of is responsive, professional, and just delightful. Loved this venue!

BEAUTIFUL VENUE - high value for price!
The Bradford took my breath away! I traveled to North Carolina for my wedding, and had not seen the venue before the wedding weekend (it was recommended to me by my wedding planner). The Bradford TOOK. MY. BREATH. AWAY. The venue was gorgeous, and the bedrooms and bridal suite upstairs were far more beautiful than anything I could've imagined. The Bradford easily made the entire aesthetic of our wedding!

The absolute best
This venue and team made our wedding a total dream. The space is such a great canvas to throw your vision on. For me, there was also a personal connection as it is near my hometown and my college campus, Chapel Hill. We had our ceremony on the side of the house, and our reception on the tiled patio. It was a hot, late spring day, but totally worth it. The hubs and I also stayed there the night of the wedding. It was so nice to take the heels off and not have to think about going somewhere else for the night. The Bradford is a gem, I wish we could have stayed longer!

THE Best!!
My husband and I loved getting married at the Bradford! Obviously, the venue speaks for itself. It is so beautiful and filled with character and charm! We new very quickly after visiting we wanted to get married there. After meeting with Maggie and Sarah we felt even more confident we made the perfect choice! They take time to get to know each couple and really understand the vision of their wedding. They were also so quick to answer any questions that I had and I felt like they were very invested in our wedding! The day of they were so helpful and kind working to make everything run so smoothly. We felt so lucky to work with such an awesome team!

Beautiful venue! Simple and elegant.
Picking the venue for our wedding was probably the easiest decision we made! We attended a friend's wedding in 2017 and knew in the back of our mind's this would be our venue as well. We loved the fact that its fairly new, it was literally created to be a wedding venue. The bridal suite is GORGEOUS, perfect for getting ready with your maids. The new groom's suite is also just as spectacular - the boys enjoyed drinking, playing games, it even had a TV too. The terrace is probably our favorite - we danced all night under the lights. Maggie was especially helpful and flexible - ensuring we had everything taken care of leading pu to the event, quickly answering all of our questions! It was about 25 minutes away from downtown Raleigh, which was nice, it felt like we had a ton of space. Would definitely recommend this venue!

The Bradford was everything!! My daughter and son-in-law knew from the moment they stepped foot in The Bradford that it was the perfect venue. The quaint setting was perfect for a 125 person guest list. The service from the staff was nothing short of professional - I highly recommend this venue!!

Love at First Sight
The Bradford was the perfect venue. We did everything there from getting ready, to staying the night. From the second my (now) husband and I drove up the driveway for our tour we knew that’s where we wanted to begin the rest of our lives. Our families loved it as well. It was perfect.

Phenomenal experience with The Bradford!
Everything about The Bradford is amazing! First, the service is impeccable. Dana and her crew are so helpful, responsive and on top of things. They were super friendly as well, which made the wedding planning process so much fun. Second, The Bradford itself is gorgeous and versatile. It is a very intimate venue, and there are endless ways to personalize the space to tailor it to your style. The house serves as a beautiful backdrop for pictures, and there are plenty of spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, a dance floor and seating arrangements. Also, Dana and co. have done a fantastic job establishing relationships with vendors in the Raleigh area -- each vendor we worked with were super familiar with The Bradford. That makes a HUGE difference.
In sum, we LOVED The Bradford-- it was the perfect spot for such a great price. Highly recommend it to brides looking for a flexible, intimate, beautiful venue!

Amazing Experience
From our initial tour to our wedding night, The Bradford exceeded all of our expectations! It was the easiest choice to pick this venue since it’s so beautiful and has such a variety of spaces to work with. The entire team is friendly, accommodating, and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We chose the Friday and Saturday package, so the bridesmaids could all stay overnight, and it was such a sweet addition to our weekend. It even rained on our wedding day, and the venue accommodated a rain plan flawlessly. We truly can’t thank The Bradford team enough, and we so look forward to recommending them to everyone.

Having my wedding at the Bradford was one of my easiest decisions during the planning process. Dana and Maggie are exceptional and make you feel accommodated the moment you and your family arrive.
We used the new ceremony space in the front garden which was stunning. We also stayed the night which was so convenient and added to the perfect wedding experience. Everyone who stayed overnight got a beautiful and yummy breakfast in the morning which was the best! They made us feel so stress-free which is all I wanted!
My guests are still talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how incredible the entire team was. Since the space was so versatile I was able to dream big and really make it my own. I can't imagine getting married anywhere else and I hope to use the Bradford for more events in the future!

My husband and I looked at a ton of wedding venues in the area and when we drove into The Bradford, we immediately fell in love. It's absolutely beautiful, charming, and the staff are so so nice, flexible and fun to work with. And the price is very fair for what you get and they are very upfront and honest about the fees and charges. The location is also great because it's out in the country so it's quiet and cool. There's also plenty of parking. We are so happy we decided to have our wedding there! And, we highly recommend paying a bit extra to spend the night there with your wedding party the night before the wedding. My bridesmaids and I had a lot of fun together and the breakfast Maggie made us was delicious! Also, Maggie was so kind and sweet to us on our wedding day. She checked in with us a few times throughout the day and I could tell she truly loves here job and cares about making the couples who get married there happy.

I loved everything about having the Bradford as our wedding venue. We had our ceremony in the side garden followed by a cocktail hour in the house and a reception on the back terrace. The staff was a gem to work with as they were both professional and personable from day one! I was able to change the layout of the reception several times leading up to the wedding and the staff was really flexible. The staff was always willing to offer advice and make sure my dreams came true! If you are looking for an elegant and gorgeous venue, the Bradford is the perfect venue for you!

We absolutely love The Bradford. From the moment we got engaged and looked at venues, we knew we wanted to get married there. We love how close it is to the Raleigh area but you don't get the city feel. It truly looks like something out of a fairy tale. The team there also goes above and beyond to make your wedding perfect. I love the great bones of this venue too so that you can make it your own. The morning of the wedding we had to change the whole set up due to weather and they totally made it happen. We had our bridesmaid brunch there Friday morning and our rehearsal dinner. The bridesmaids and me stayed there the night of the wedding which i loved because it was nice to just wake up there and be relaxed. Maggie made us breakfast and even had a mimosa bar for us. My husband and i even got to stay there the night of the wedding which was the coolest thing! How many people get to say that?!

OMG where do I start?? The Bradford is absolutely amazing! When we started looking for a venue the Bradford was the first and ONLY venue we looked at. As soon as my husband and I drove up for our tour with Bailey we knew this was our venue no questions asked! The whole venue is absolutely beautiful but when I was told that we were able to do the Friday-Saturday package and sleep there Friday night, I was sold ALL over again! When we booked the Bradford their bridal suite wasn't there yet, I was so eager to see when it was done. I was so excited when I had to meet my planner there for a meeting, because that meant I would see it before the wedding. I have 3 girls and knew we could have the PERFECT sleepover the night before, and that is exactly what we did.
The Bradford’s staff is absolutely amazing, especially Bailey. You can tell she has been doing this for a while and loves her job. She was so sweet and fun to work with, anytime I had a question I would call her and she would point me in the right direction! Our wedding day went off perfectly without a hitch! All our guests complimented us on our beautiful venue, we are beyond happy that we choice The Bradford. I don’t think I would have been happier anywhere else! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

"Oh my gosh, your venue was BEAUTIFUL!" - What every person has said to us about our wedding! When I first got engaged and was looking for venues, I never imagined I'd find something like the Bradford so close to Raleigh/Durham. It's truly a hidden gem! When my fiance and I first drove up for our tour, we immediately knew we found "the one!" I also never thought it would be within budget, but it is an amazing value for the price. The unique thing about The Bradford, besides the STUNNING white brick, flower gardens, and hanging lights on the terrace (these totally stole my heart!), is that it's an actual house with room to sleep 20 people. There was enough room for all of my bridesmaids to stay and have a sleepover the night before the wedding, so to me that was invaluable! The Bradford staff are absolutely amazing and they have everything down to a science. They even have an in-house wedding planning service, C&D Events, and floral designers, Bushel & Peck, so it was the trifecta of goodness! The girls we worked with, Bailey and Becca are the most genuine, fun, sweetest and kindest girls! They made me feel so special and they really captured my vision flawlessly. They entire weekend of our wedding went off perfectly without a hitch! We are so glad we picked The Bradford! We've received an enormous amount of compliments and I truly don't think I would have been happier anywhere else. :)

We fell in love with the Bradford from the second we got out there and Bailey was simply amazing! The Bradford team was great with communicating and answering any questions. The venue itself is gorgeous and they keep adding new amenities - the bridal suite was perfect for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and kept asking how we found it. We loved it so much, we even featured a watercolor portrait of it on our invitations. The Bradford is a magical place for a wedding. My husband and I were beyond pleased the customer service The Bradford provided. They promotely responded to our initial inquiry and it was easy to set up a tour of the venue. Booing this venue also gave us easy access to the rental companies we used to decorate for the wedding. The Bradford was also very flexible in incorporating vendors that were not on their approved list. My husband and I had food truck cater our wedding and we had no problems coordinating that with the Bradford.

We got married on a Monday in June and it could not have been more perfect! I decided that we wanted to stay at the house the night before which was an absolute life saver! On my wedding day, I woke up and took an amazing bath in the gorgeous claw foot bath tub, had a HOMEMADE breakfast made for us courtesy of Bailey and the CUTEST table set up, was able to use a "BRIDE" mug for my coffee and had all of my worries taken care of. The house itself was perfect because everyone was able to get ready there. All the girls got ready upstairs in the Bridal Suite and the boys got ready on the 2nd floor...so we were able to be together but we didn't ruin the surprise of seeing one another. It was also so much fun to watch everyone get everything set up and the house is absolutely gorgeous so our pictures are stunning! Bailey and her team made us feel like we were the only people she cared about and even with the last minute down pour of rain (literally 20 minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle) they made sure everything was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about them and I am eternally grateful for them because they made a day that I waited 10 years for (yes, we dated for 10 years before getting married) better than I could have ever even imagined!

We never even visited another wedding site--we were hooked from the start. From the outside, the Bradford looks like a beautiful French Country Estate--the side garden was the perfect location for our small, intimate wedding and the back terrace provided an elegant backdrop of an evening of dancing & celebration. To top it all off, the Bradford has the most amazing space for Brides to prep for their big day. Their Bridal Suite is equipped with it's own mini cooler ;), bathroom, day beds, and vanities---the perfect spot for brides and their maids to get ready together!

The Bradford was a beautiful venue for our daughter's wedding. The Bradford staff made sure that everything was taken care of the day of the wedding. My daughter and I needed only to sit in the gorgeous new Bridal Getting Ready Suite before the wedding. During the wedding, I took care of absolutely nothing, just had fun dancing and talking with guests.
The grounds of the Bradford were absolutely stunning on the day of the wedding. The ceremony took place in front of the Bradford's arbor. Crepe Myrtle trees and rose bushes were blooming in the background. It couldn't have been more beautiful.
Bailey, the manager at the Bradford, got back to us within minutes every time we needed anything during the planning process. The whole experience couldn't have been better.

The Bradford was my dream venue. I can't say enough positive things about it. The new bridal suite is to die for and we had so much fun getting ready there. The Bradford has many beautiful options for ceremony/reception locations. I was so grateful to have chosen the Bradford as our venue when the weather was calling for rain. We were able to rent a tent a few days before the wedding and had the ballroom as a rain plan as well. It definitely helped put me at ease knowing we had a back-up plan that was still gorgeous and romantic. Bailey is so sweet and was great to work with- you can tell she genuinely cares about you and making your wedding day run as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend the Bradford!

I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help make our special day so grand. Bailey and the rest of the staff were amazing and easy to work with. I highly recommend this venue to anyone in the Raleigh/ Durham area that is looking for outdoor venue that is convenient to locate and still leaves you feeling like you are in the middle of nature.

So, I made the mistake of touring The Bradford FIRST in searching for a wedding venue. Well, nothing compared after that! I fell in love with this beautiful french country house. The manager, Bailey, was a dream to work with. She has a very infectious personality and was super accommodating. Our wedding night was nothing short of magical with beautiful weather under the market lights. Just as I had envisioned it. My bridesmaids and I chose the package to spend the night the Friday before and we woke up to a delicious breakfast served my Bailey, that included mimosas! It was such an awesome start to one of the best days of my life!! The Bradford will always hold a special place in my heart. It's a must see!

The Bradford was everything I ever dreamed of for my wedding day! The venue being the longest booked vendor for our wedding a good amount of things changed between booking and the wedding day, but The Bradford handled everything gracefully and the improvements were a plus! Bailey is FANTASTIC and a joy to work with! She was so accommodating and reassuring throughout the entire process. The Bradford only improved over the entire year between booking and our wedding day.

Words cannot truly describe how perfect this venue is. The Bradford truly made our wedding feel like a fairy tale. Dealing with the owners was breeze. They truly listen to you and answer any question you might have. There are not enough words to express the wonderful experience we had with the Bradford team and especially Bailey throughout the entire process of my daughters wedding. The Bradford is BEAUTIFUL!!! They made a dream come true.
My daughter's wedding was better than she and her groom could have dreamed thanks to the fabulous house manager, Bailey, canddevents planner, Becca, owner/designer, Dana and designer, Julie. From designing invitations, suggestions for caterer, flowers, photographer and reception rentals, etc...we were treated like our wedding was the only one they were working on. They were mindful of our budget, listened to ALL the dreams and ideas and then helped with details. Emails and phone calls are answered, huge plus! They connected us with the best vendors. The staff was so gracious and patient as we planned, rehearsed and during the wedding day. When the designers made the ideas reality, it was better than we had envisioned. As many guests have said, it was a "Fairy Tale Wedding" and I am thrilled to say, within my budget.

Absolutely LOVED working with and having my wedding at the Bradford! It is a beautiful house with an amazing space in the back for reception and/or ceremony. I was able to decorate and incorporate all of my ideas with ease thanks to Bailey and the staff at the Bradford. Planning went so smoothly and everyone was so responsive and really worked with me to make my vision come true. When we arrived the day of our wedding, there were mimosas and coffee waiting for us, and plenty of rooms upstairs for all of my bridesmaids and parents to get ready in.
We had our ceremony in the grassy area to the side of the house under their arbor. Followed by a reception under a clear top tent on the patio. I was worried about space because we had around 165 guests, but Bailey had plenty advice and floor plans for me to play with and it worked out perfectly! We had food stations and the cake inside the ballroom which gave people plenty of room to walk around and not get stuck in a long line. The day went off without a hitch, and I felt so comfortable and confident with The Bradford, which is a huge weight off of a Bride on her wedding day!

Oh man, I get emotional when I think about The Bradford, the owners (one of whom happened to be my day of planner - the best planner of all time! Shout out to Dana at C&D events) and the team that makes it such a special, beautiful, perfect place to get married. Everyone was immensely accommodating and kind during the wedding planning process but the real magic became crystal clear on our wedding day, which was right smack dab in the middle of Hurricane Matthew's attack on North Carolina. Everyone at The Bradford worked (WORKED in all caps for emphasis) so incredibly hard, running through the rain, driving all over town in terrible conditions, recruiting help from everyone they knew, securing a tent that was probably very scary with the wind gusts and so much more than that from morning until night to make sure we had a beautiful wedding. Our original plan was to have the ceremony & reception outside but everything changed drastically once the storm changed course. The whole team was flexible (pushed off the hurricane plan until the very last minute because they wanted my wedding dreams to come true), beyond accommodating (they allowed us to extend the wedding an hour and leave soo much stuff there that we couldn't get together the night of), so calm & collected, so diligent and somehow amongst it all, so amazing to be around. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us, shielded me from all of the stressful decisions that were being made, and gave me one of the best days of my life thus far! I will always be immensely grateful for their hard work and dedication. The Bradford is gorgeous and that should definitely be acknowledged but the people behind this venue are the real shining stars!

We loved the Bradford!! We were planning on having a longer engagement, to buy a house first and then get married, and then we visited this venue and it was all over. We visited in November of 2015 and immediately snagged the last date available in 2016 before it got too cold. We couldn't imagine waiting a year and a half to get married here after we saw it!
In addition to the gorgeous venue, the value and flexibility were key for us. We had two ceremonies and a full day of events starting at 11am, and their package was the full day starting at 10am. Most other places had a 4-6 hour limit and charged $$$ to get additional time. To get this amount of time at the other venues we looked at, we would have easily paid double or triple what we paid here. To make it even better, there was no wedding the day before so we were able to book rooms overnight (extra money but totally worth it) and get in at 1pm on Friday to start decorating and bringing stuff in. Given that we bought like 90% of what we needed and rented only the bare essentials, this was crucial for us. There was no way we could have made this day work without the flexibility. I believe they've changed their packages to include Friday/Saturday as a bundle, which is more expensive, but the value is definitely still there. It was great to wake up the day of my wedding and have 95% of things set up and ready to go.
We worked with Bailey, and she was really great as well! I had a ton of questions especially in the last few weeks, and she was really responsive and a pleasure to work with.
Two weeks after our wedding, one of my best friends got married at the Bradford (a great coincidence!), and it was so great to go back. I joke that we need to convince all our friends to get married here so we can keep coming back. We had a magical day, and the Bradford will always have a special place in our hearts!

This venue was everything I could have dreamed! The first day I laid my eyes on this venue, my breath was taken away and I knew right away this was my wedding venue. The charm of this newly built, but French country appearance was everything in my vision. I had my wedding on the back terrace under the market lighting along with my reception spread throughout the gorgeous ballroom, back garden area and terrace. I had ~200 guest at my wedding but the setup was amazing and everything flowed. The owners, Courtney and Dana were very accommodating and accessible when needed along with the venue coordinator Bailey. I also was able to do an all-inclusive package with this venue for catering and rentals! It was also very convenient for myself and the bridesmaids to get ready at the venue that morning!Thank you Bradford team for such a wonderful experience!

Working with the ladies at The Bradford was a dream! The venue was affordable, beautiful, and in pristine condition. Many of my guests asked if it was a historic renovated house, when really it is newly built! I love the ambiance of the house, terrace, and ballroom. My husband and I had the best day of our lives at The Bradford, and would recommend it to any of our friends/ family looking to get married in the Raleigh area!

I love this place! It has the perfect amount of charm ! We had our ceremony in the woods behind the venue and reception outside on the terrace under market lights. It could not have been more perfect. It was also a plus that we had a getting ready space and the option to spend the night before or after at the venue. I had my bridesmaids spend the night before the wedding and it was great to just wake up and start getting ready! The owners are great and so is their (new) venue manger. They were so helpful and made sure to go out of their way to give us the best experience! couldn't have asked for a better day!

The Bradford was the perfect venue for my October 2015 wedding. Courtney and Caroline took such great care of me leading up to the wedding. They were incredibly patient with me when I wanted to have several walkthroughs with different vendors. They were in communication with me the entire time and even took care of my rentals for me. My family and friends agreed that it was a BEAUTIFUL venue. Everything was absolutely perfect. They have so many different spaces and different options - I didn't have to worry about flipping a room or whether it rained. The Bradford had it covered. Caroline was our day-of venue coordinator and she was a rock star. She took great care of our family and wedding party. Everyone loved her! I couldn't imagine having my wedding anywhere else!

You will NOT find a venue more beautiful or a better value. Dana and Courtney of the Bradford and C&D events know exactly want they're doing and are so easy to work with! When we booked The Bradford it was still under construction, but we never for one second were worried. One year later we had our dream wedding here. The care that these ladies took to build this venue and the dedication they showed- just remarkable. They kept us in the loop on construction news the whole time. They kept me on track and pitched in wherever they could to help with planning. My engagement was NOT EASY- I had to have surgery among lots of other things and they kept me sane the entire time. The estate is gorgeous. Set in Quiet New Hill, NC and inspired by the French Countryside- it couldn't be more beautiful. They are full service- they can tent, help you with linens, layouts, timelines- everything! Dana even made sure that the bridal party had drinks from the bar during the portraits and other parts of the wedding. We just love Courtney and Dana and highly recommend them! Especially if you're like me, and need some help with all the planning! The Bradford even took on our florals when I decided last minute that I didn't want to do them myself. :) They took my vision and brought it to life. Don't make the mistake of NOT booking here.

Loved everything about The Bradford as our ceremony and reception site! We opted for the Friday/Saturday package which was SO worth it. My bridesmaids and I absolutely adored staying in the bridal suite and Sarah set up a beautiful and delicious breakfast spread for us the morning of our wedding. If you're looking at this venue for your wedding, I would highly recommend it! Has plenty of parking, too many beautiful spots for pictures to choose from, somehow simultaneously stunning all on its own AND a blank slate to make your dream "look" happen, and an exceptionally sweet staff. Definitely check out their recommended vendors list as well, because they are well vetted. We lucked out with the weather and our guests are still raving about how beautiful our venue was, but if you're a couple that's looking for a beautiful outdoor celebration but with an equally lovely "rain plan" to fall back on, this is your place!

I really loved the Bradford for our wedding. The site was exactly what I was looking for and is absolutely magical at night. The grounds and the house are lovely and the new bridal suite (which wasn't there when we originally booked the venue) was great for my girls and I while we were getting ready. Overall I am glad that we decided on the Bradford but there are a couple of things that I do want to mention so other brides are aware. One is that we had our ceremony in the side yard and during the ceremony there was someone hunting so there were shotguns going off in the distance throughout the ceremony. Its the country so I understand that those things may happen but it happened at our rehearsal and the day of our wedding so I would assume that during certain seasons this may be a common occurrence. The other thing is that the owners house is right next door to the venue and they have children who we were told were going to be inside during wedding events however they were not during our ceremony and yelled at two points during the ceremony and were making faces from the window. Other than these two things everything was great and I am happy that we decided to go with the Bradford for our wedding.

The Bradford was truly my dream venue. After touring the house as the first venue on my list during wedding planning, I knew it was the one and couldn't stop thinking about it even while looking at other locations. It's versatile for any style bride, elegant, and has so much charm. The bridal suite was completed just in time for me and my girls to use it for getting ready the morning of - and boy it was a dream (and also one of the things my bridesmaids raved about the most!). Bailey is super friendly and organized, and she truly played a huge role in having my wedding run as smoothly as it did. She was patient and flexible with my decision-making (increased guest count, having to rent a tent the week of, etc) and really just a joyful presence to be around. I could not be more happy that we chose The Bradford as the venue for our wedding. We had about 180 people at our wedding so everything was outdoors. The venue coordinator, Bailey, was super accommodating and responsive throughout the whole experience. I would strongly recommend getting the Friday/Saturday package- it allowed my family and friends plenty of time to come and set up our DIY decorations and allowed for a really relaxed wedding day! Since so many of our guests were coming in from out of town, we had really large rehearsal dinner and decided to have it at the Bradford as well. My bridesmaids and I had so much fun at the provided breakfast and in getting ready at the Bradford that day. Thankfully the weather was cooperative even at the end of October and all the guests had a great time being outside for the ceremony and reception. The ballroom makes for a great dance floor. We decided not to use the tent that is sometimes used to shelter that terrace and the market lights hanging over the terrace were beautiful. I could go on and on. It was the perfect venue for us!

Dreamy Venue with a Magical European Feel
The Bradford was the most beautiful setting we could have imagined for our wedding. From the moment we toured, we knew it was something special — the property has such an elegant, European-inspired charm that feels timeless and romantic. Every corner is stunning and so thoughtfully designed.
The staff was professional and responsive, and everything ran so smoothly from setup through the end of the night. Even though the forecast had us adjusting reception plans the space transitioned perfectly — our indoor dinner ended up being absolutely magical with all the candlelight and intimate ambiance. It truly felt like everything worked out exactly as it was meant to.

We LOVED The Bradford and only have positive things to say about the venue! The team is very kind, diligent, and quick to respond! They provide plenty of resources over your engagement to aid in planning! They also allow you as much creative liberty with the spaces, as you desire! We were required to use a caterer from their preferred vendor list and we chose Rocky Top Catering, which was honestly the best decision we could have made! Our guests continue to tell us how amazing the food and service was! Our entrees arrived to the table piping hot which is virtually unheard of in the world of wedding food! Stunning venue!
We are so glad we chose the Bradford as our wedding venue! Living in this area, there are so many options for venues but when we went to tour the Bradford we knew it had the look we were going for! The spaces (indoor and out) are all beautiful on their own and you can really choose to do more minimal decor/flowers because of it. Three days before our wedding the forecast was looking not so great. Thankfully we lucked out on the day of, but loved that the Bradford had an indoor space that could still accommodate all of our guests - definitely made the weather less of a stressor. The staff was all very responsive to emails from the time we toured up to our wedding day. Overall, we had a great experience and loved how our wedding day turned out at this beautiful venue!

The Best Wedding Venue!
My husband and I chose to The Bradford as our wedding venue and couldn't be more pleased with our decision! The venue is breathtakingly stunning from the inside out, and the service we received from the staff was great! They were friendly, professional, and very accessible/responsive. I'd highly recommend The Bradford to anyone looking for a dream wedding venue!

Beautiful country setting
The whole process from beginning to end was very professional and the staff were very knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the way the wedding turned out.

A wonderful venue that all of my family, friends and wedding guests raved about. Their staff (Bailey in particular!!) were super professional and responsive. I feel like I was "the bride of a zillion questions" and Bailey was so great in answering everything in a timely manner. If you're the Sunday bride and there's a wedding the day before you, there are a couple of things you won't really have a choice on (lack of rehearsal/rehearsal dinner at venue a day or two before, and use of/cost of tent), but it all worked out in that we were able to split costs with the Saturday bride. I would absolutely recommend this venue to a couple still looking for a location; it's clean, elegant, a blank canvas, secluded, and classic-ly beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful venue, a dream come true! Bailey is a pleasure to work with. Being able to stay at the house the night before and get ready at the venue all day is a MAJOR PLUS!

Amazing venue & employees
The Bradford was the most perfect venue for our day! We enjoyed working with The Bradford's team of employees from the very beginning - everyone was knowledgable and helpful! The venue is beautiful from the moment you drive up. It has ALL of the amenities you could need for your special day and then some! It was a great experience and day at The Bradford!
