About

The Booth House is a century-old wedding venue in Twentynine Palms, California, that radiates vintage, rustic charm. This picturesque desert property features nearly 20 acres of stunning landscapes, several unique ceremony and reception areas, and an old gold mill. Committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly business practices, this is an ideal space for eco-conscious couples.

Facilities and Capacity

The Booth House can accommodate up to 100 guests in various indoor and outdoor event spaces. Couples can say 'I do' in the intimate desert chapel, built with reclaimed wood from a 1920s homestead, or select the venue's alternative ceremony space. Both are just a short walk from the main house, but for an element of offbeat charm, nearlyweds can request a haybale ride to and from their ceremony site. The courtyard is the perfect location for a reception, featuring a rustic century-old barn, a bar, a stage, an old gold smelter, and a dance area.

Services Offered

The Booth House offers a range of packages. Whether you prefer a basic rental or an option that includes a few more bells and whistles and additional planning support, this delightfully rustic and romantic wedding venue has everything you need to make your first day as a married couple unique and memorable. Venue hire includes cocktail tables, dining tables, 125 chairs, tablecloths, burlap runners, plates, utensils, glassware, and candles. To-be-weds can use custom decor to bring their style to this versatile space.

Cuisine

The full package features a variety of food and drink options, including non-alcoholic drinks, champagne, delicious pizzas, a charcuterie table, and a salad bar. Each pizza is handmade and woodfired in the venue's historic gold smelter. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are also available upon request.

Rustic, romantic & unique

I am so lucky that my mom stumbled across this venue about 9 months before my wedding. Karen and Dustin are amazingly creative, which you can tell from one walk around the property. The space is infused with their love & artistry. Karen also catered the event with wonderful pizza cooked in the brick oven that was originally used to melt down gold back in the day when the property was used as a gold mill. They are passionate about preserving & infusing the site’s history into the present and future. There were plenty of options for dinner & appetizers, including for our guests with food allergies. We were able to bring our dog with us to site visits & for photos on the big day, which was important to us! Our pup Kugel became fast friends with their sweet pup Lucy. Karen was a grounding source of comfort even when there was much to be done, and communication was easy. The wedding was simply amazing, everything came together beautifully. The views of the sunset & moonrise made for phenomenal photos. I couldn’t have asked for a better day!

Forever grateful,
Mr. & Mrs. Kohn-Levine 🥰

Inspiring Historic Venue

The history of this being an old gold mill with lots of authentic relics on the property made for a unique experience. Can't wait to return for another party with pizza in the barn fired in the old gold smelter and cocktails in a sculpture made by one of the owners, adding an artistic flare. Making the whole night so fun fir my group of celebration enthusiasts!
