Facilities and Capacity
Shay Meadows Ranch and Resort provides an exquisite transitional indoor-outdoor event space that features a large reception area, a lovely gazebo seating area, a peaceful reflection pond, and an expansive lawn area. The venue is perfect for intimate occasions and large galas and can accommodate parties of up to 250 guests. Overnight accommodation is also available for your comfort and convenience.
Services Offered
Shay Meadows Ranch and Resort offers a choice of three wedding packages. You can rent the venue and honeymoon suite at an hourly rate, or, if you're planning a weekend wedding, you and your loved ones can enjoy the use of the venue, honeymoon suite, and guest lodgings for the entire period of your stay. Other package features include a rehearsal dinner for up to 20 guests, a choice of arbors, mission farmhouse tables and chairs, and the use of the venue's many other delightful amenities, including the lounges and fire pits. Shay Meadows also provides staff, security, and housekeeping services. They are happy to provide you with a list of preferred vendors; if you wish to book outside vendors, you may do so, provided they are licensed and insured.

Absolutely Beautiful
Unforgettable Venue with Breathtaking Views!
Our guests couldn't stop raving about the location; it truly made a lasting impression. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and celebration, and we’re so grateful for the memories we made there.
The only thing to be aware of is the early cutoff time due to the residential zoning—it meant the party had to wrap up sooner than many of us would have liked, especially since the energy was still going strong. That said, we completely understand the need for those restrictions and still had an incredible time.
Overall, we loved our experience at Shay Meadows Ranch and would definitely recommend it to other couples looking for a beautiful, serene, and memorable wedding venue.
The best mountain wedding venue!
It was amazing getting to have our friends & family stay on the property with us for the entire weekend. The bridal suite is beautiful & so fun to enjoy with your girls the day of the wedding. Many of our guests stayed at the main house which made things so easy & convenient. The whole property is well-kept inside & out with so many special details throughout. The huge trees and meadow are stunning. The most dreamy mountain venue in the area!
Frankie & her team are amazing! She was so easy to work with from the beginning. She helped make our vision come to life! The wedding & entire weekend were perfect. I could not ask for more from a venue & I am beyond thankful we found Shay Meadows.
