It has recently been restored to a charming and unique mixed-use event venue that offers more than 3,000 square feet of entertainment space. The European aesthetic highlights the warehouse’s history, while also remaining modern enough to hold the wedding of your dreams. Owner Chelsey Nichol grew up as a part of her family’s newspaper business, and loved hiding among the rolls in the warehouse. Her first job was in circulation, and that newspaper was printed on the exact property where The Bindery Event Space is today. The cement floors, natural light, and open-beamed ceiling complement any aesthetic and will welcome your loved ones to have a great time. The historic building at The Bindery Event Space can accommodate up to 180 guests. They offer both indoor and uncovered outdoor options, and countless photo backdrop opportunities. The facility is pet-friendly, and WiFi is available. The wedding party can use the comfortable get-ready rooms before the celebration to ensure that everyone is relaxed and excited for what’s to come. Parking is available for all guests, and The Bindery Event Space is wheelchair accessible.
