The Baum Opera House is a historic landmark available for wedding receptions, party rentals, musical venues, theatrical performances, and much more, in illustrious downtown Miamisburg. The spacious and historic Ransdell Ballroom offers: seating for up to 200 people, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, tables and chairs, a large catering kitchen, a spacious stage, private bathrooms, nine foot original windows, and a large entry way and foyer.

The Templer Room, located on the first floor, holds up to 110 people and offers: hardwood floors, tables and chairs, a stage, a catering kitchen, private restrooms, a spacious foyer, and dramatic lighting. Plenty of parking is available for your guests, we are handicap accessible, you are at liberty to choose your own caterer, and the Baum permits alcohol on site.

The Baum Opera House is a nonprofit organization orchestrated by twelve volunteer trustees; the mission of the Baum is to remain open for the benefit of the community in which it resides. If you have any further questions, please call at (937) 859-8120. You are welcome to walk-in during office hours to view the facility on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm; however, it is recommend that you schedule an appointment in the event that the building is being rented.
