The Bally Spring Inn is an historic rustic estate located a short drive from Philadelphia in beautiful Berks County, Pennsylvania. The upper Perkiomen Creek runs through the property with 60 acres of rolling farmland featuring the original 18th century farmhouse, renovated 19th century barn, and various outbuildings from the original farm. There are 19 unique guest suites available in the main inn, farmhouse, and Carriage House that can be booked up to a week before your event, including a spacious honeymoon suite and large family suites to accomodate the needs of you and your guests.
Our in-house chef will provide you a gourmet meal for your reception, homemade pizza for your after-party, and breakfast for you and your guests the following morning. In addition to our wonderful staff and beautiful property, we provide entertainment through our rec room equipped with billiards, ping pong, and shuffle board, a large bonfire pit, and plenty of areas outside to explore and enjoy the scenery.
Bally Spring Inn gives you exclusive use of our extensive property for your event and can include days before and after. Our guest suites can accomodate 40+ guests comfortably so out of town or local guests can come, relax, and enjoy their time together. Forget about impossible time constraints! Our Guests are Still Talking - 4 Months Later!
The Bally Spring Inn was the perfect, idyllic location for our July wedding. Bally Spring hosted everything from the rehearsal dinner, to a fire pit with our bridal party, to the ceremony and reception all on site. We loved the privacy that this venue gave us, because the entire facility is dedicated to only one event at a time. The comfortable rooms allowed for our guests to enjoy every moment without the worry of needing transportation. We're still hearing rave reviews about the food. The chef and staff are amazingly talented. Everything is prepared with such attention to detail. They happily worked with us to craft the perfect menu that represented our foodie side. The salad with in-house candied pecans and the goat cheese topped filet were among the clear favorites for our guests. The bonfire package and accompanying food was also such a memorable and fun part of our weekend.
Last, Hasmik was such a joy to work with. She was hands on and great at making recommendations and bringing our thoughts and ideas to life!

I cannot say enough positive things about Hasmik and the Bally Spring Inn. The venue is gorgeous and so peaceful. All of the staff are incredible and super accommodating. Hasmik makes planning a wedding fun and easy, and ensures you have everything you could ever need. Planning experience: When selecting a venue, you want to be able to trust your coordinator to do a good job the day of the wedding. Hasmik, the venue coordinator, is highly efficient, responsive and extremely pleasant to work with. She was always available to answer our questions and made us feel like family by the end of the experience. She was willing to work with us to carry out our vision for the day and made sure that we did not feel stressed during the planning stages.
Lodging: The venue has approximately 18 rooms for your guests to stay over. The old farmhouse vibe of the rooms compliments the rustic charm of the venue. Our guests enjoyed their overnight experience and complimented the timely room turn around time. Ask for tour of the rooms when you visit the venue.
Bridal/Groomsmen space: They have three massive rooms for the girls to get ready in with an attached deck. It had great natural lighting, a huge table for makeup/hair station, high top chairs for makeup/ hair as well as a mini fridge and small table for breakfast/lunch. The groomsmen suite is equally as large with a pool table, ping pong table and outdoor patio. It is located directly under the bridal suite so it makes coordinating your bridal party easier.
Photographer's Paradise: We were blown away the numerous locations to take photos. The best part about Bally Spring is you do not need to travel far around the property to make the most of the space and get amazing photos. We took most of our photos in the courtyard space by the small stream and did not need to waste too much of the day moving around the property. There is a gorgeous stream backdrop, cobble stone buildings and plenty of scenic landscapes to take photos. This is a photographer's paradise and you cannot go wrong with photos at this location. The detailed woodwork and the stone structures inside make this location work in the event of rain/snow.
Ceremony: One of the main reasons we chose this location was because they offered a gorgeous indoor ceremony space in the event of rain. Not many venues have an equally beautiful indoor ceremony location to match the outdoor space. We ended up having our ceremony inside on a beautiful day, because we loved the location so much. However, there are a few ceremony spaces outdoors (white gazebo by stream, small courtyard space) to have your ceremony outside. No matter which location you choose, the coordinator ensures that guests will not see you prior to starting your ceremony. A few spaces on the property are wheel chair accessible as well, which makes the venue ideal for older guests. They also let us decide on the day of our wedding (2 hrs prior to ceremony) which location we would prefer for the ceremony.
Reception: We received so many compliments about the food. It is prepared on site and is freshly made for the event. It is not only delicious, but also the portions are generous. You get to do a tasting prior to your wedding and pick from an assortment of hot/cold apps and they have plenty of upgrades (that are reasonably priced) to give your guests a unique experience. Highly recommend adding the popcorn cart; it was a huge hit and truly unique! The acoustics were great for DJ and they have a huge deck for cocktail hour (we put a photobooth outside on the deck). Great bar service and waiter staff service throughout the night!

The Bally Spring Inn is the perfect location for those who want to sneak out of the city and enjoy an intimate and fun celebration. The property at the Bally Spring Inn is enormous, and you'll have it all to yourself! They offer indoor and outdoor Ceremonies & Receptions, and the possibilities are endless with multiple buildings and areas. The main ballroom is lined with natural stone and wood beams, and is tied together with a fireplace along the dance floor. They also have overnight accommodations on-site for you and your guests to enjoy. The Wedding coordinator, Stephanie Raab does an AMAZING job overseeing every detail of your Wedding from your very first meeting until the time you drive away. She manages their excellent team of staff and everything is executed without a hitch!
