Look no further! So many compliments on the taste of the wedding cake. Crazy reasonable. It was so beautiful that it showed up on my friends' social media posts from the night a few times. I got 3 layers with flowers for decoration and a simple piping design. I chose the spice and cream cheese (my favorite), lemon and yellow cake, and strawberry with strawberry filling. Nancy, the decorator, is personable and charming. They even let you borrow a cake stand if you return it. Once I ordered the cake, I didn't need to do anything else as she worked with the reception venue. LOVE!

everything was amazing from the bake shop! We got a three-tier cake and three sheets all different combination of flavors and every single one of them was incredible. I had so many people tell me they had multiple cakes because it was so good they kept going up for more. They were really helpful and put the cake flowers on and it looks incredible!! Also, the cake was absolutely GORGEOUS! I could not be happier!

Nancy at the bake shop was a pleasure to work with! We gave her a few inspiration pictures and she nailed the look we were going for! Not only we were extremely impressed with the quality of the cake decoration but the cake its self was delicious! We had a wonderful experience with The Bake Shop in Ghent! To begin, the staff is very kind and extremely easy to work with. I printed out pictures of a design that we wanted and gave fabric swatches of our colors. The cake was perfect and delicious! Everyone raved about the taste, even at another wedding a few weeks later. As an added bonus, the price was beyond reasonable. I would recommend The Bake Shop in Ghent to anyone!

Delicious wedding cakes provided by the Bake Shop! I really enjoy the homey-ness of the place and the personal service. Spice cake is highly recommended, but everyone at the reception said all the cake was delicious! Also, they are sending us another cake in a year for our anniversary! Definitely recommended.

We ordered cupcakes from this shop. They were delicious--the icing is like whipped cream. The price was great. We were able to have the cupcakes made in wrappers that we had picked out to match our colors.

The Bake Shop did a great job! My husband and I were very impressed with the cake. She even made pasteries for us for the next morning. We aren't really cake people, but we loved our cake and look forward to eatting it again for our anniversary!

This cake was AMAZING! My husband and I aren't cake people but we definatley wanted to do the whole traditional cake the face thing. We ordered from the Bake Shop, didnt quite care what it looked like so kind of gave them free range, and it turned out not only BEAUTIFUL, but it tasted SO good! AND, you dont have to take the top of your cake off and freeze it for your anniversary, they will call you the week before and you can come and get your anniversary cake! YUM!

We decided that we did NOT want a traditional (read: cardboard-tasting) wedding cake. So we ordered several smaller cakes of different varieties so everyone could find something they'd like. IT was great, beautiful, and made just to our specifications. Not a piece was left! (well, maybe one or two, that we stashed away...)
