Honestly, I found The Album Room through a Google search, and the website was so inviting, I made an appointment to meet Pippa, the owner. As the pandemic was in full swing, we met via Zoom, and by the time the meeting was over, I knew I would work with Pippa. She was thoughtful, creative, and willing to help me put together a truly unusual album that reflected not only the beauty and unprecedented nature of a wedding in a New York City park during the pandemic, but the love story that brought my son and his amazing wife together.
I must admit, I was not the easiest client. I changed my mind often. I added pictures. I changed pictures. I changed the crop on pictures. I asked for last minute retouching. I had a really unique album that didn't fit any mold. And Pippa supported it all and was the perfect partner in pulling together a truly magical book of memories. I had a blast with her and the final product is a work of art. You would be very lucky to work with Pippa. The Album Room is a treasure.

After seeing an ad for the Album Room in the NYT I called Pippa to explore ideas for designing a wedding album for my daughter. Although I live miles away, working with The Album Room could not have been more seamless. Pippa is a good communicator and talented designer. The whole process was quite easy and the end result was beautiful.

I ordered two albums (Vogue & Picture Book) for my wedding/trash the dress portraits. For my wedding pictures, I chose the Vogue Album... It was my favorite Album!!! Just amazing and gorgeous. The albums are a bit pricey but you are paying for EXCELLENT quality! Please remember that you are investing in something that besides being a gorgeous it is also long lasting and well made.

I worked with two different people throughout the process (Kylie & Lexi). The main reason why I ordered was because of how patient/kind Kylie was with me. I went to visit her three times before I made my decision. Every single time I saw her, she gave me her undivided attention and walked me through the process. She worked with me in narrowing down all my pictures and was always open to my thoughts and suggestions. So besides the fact that you get an amazing album--- their customer service is top notch. Lexi is also wonderful but I worked with her at the end of my process. When I picked up my albums, I met with Pippa (owner) who is adorable and you can tell she absolutely has a passion for what she does.

We chose The Album Room to create a wedding album for us and are so pleased with the final product. We live in Seattle and they are located in NYC, but we had no trouble communicating via phone and email and we love the gorgeous, traditional, matted album that they put together. My husband and I got married in MN but live in NY so wanted to have our wedding album done in NY. Through our search we decided to use The Album Room. During the album prep I was demanding, extremely hands on and picky in the layout of the album and each and every detail that I requested was met with great service and was accommodated and executed timely at great standards. Our album turned out amazing and after 5 years everytime we look at it, it still takes our breath away. Over the years we have worked with Pippa's husband Craig Paulson who is an amazing photographer. Craig is our family photographer and has been capturing priceless moments of our growing family now with 2 kids. We can't thank Craig and Pippa enough and look forward to working with them for years to come.
