On the day of the wedding, he read the crowd perfectly, switching up the music to match the energy in the room.Nate was also professional on setting the equipment at the designated location and get everything ready to before the guests started arriving.

We had a wonderful experience working with DJ Nate for our wedding. He's professional, flexible, easy to work with, and brings a wealth of experience and expertise. We had some specific requests wanting to incorporate music from different cultures, and he did an amazing job executing on our vision. The dance floor was the place to be! My husband and I were looking for a DJ that was more lowkey (dramatic announcements/hypeman is not our vibe) and that could play an eclectic mix of music (Spanish, classic wedding, pop, indie, alt rock) and Nate from Terrace DJ was the perfect choice! We were able to make a long list of songs we'd like to hear at the wedding, and Nate worked with us to create a timeline for the day of. He was very personable and easy to work woth, and things went seamlessly on our wedding day. We initially told him we didn't want guests to make requests, but changed our minds halfway through the reception and he was more than accomodating. Even when guests asked for songs he wasn't familiar with and didn't have right away, he made it work! He also provided mics and a speaker for our ceremony, as well as uplighting for the reception. DJ Nate was the perfect addition to our wedding, he was easy to communicate with, super helpful in our planning and handled everything with the venue so well, we didn’t have to worry at all. DJ Nate even coordinated with a singer we brought in for our dinner entertainment and made sure she was all set and ready to go. On the big day everything went perfectly and the dance floor was on fire!! He kept the energy high without any corny antics, we would highly recommend DJ Nate, 10/10!!

We were looking for a "real" DJ for our wedding in Harrisburg (as opposed to a "wedding" DJ), and DJ Nate delivered! He was easy to work with, understood what we were looking for, and made it happen.

We even had some fairly niche requests (early 00's emo, techno, some classic German party hits), and he worked those all seamlessly into the set. Our friends and family had a blast and still talk about it weeks later.

I live in the UK with my British partner, but we planned to get married in my home state of PA. When we decided on the Philadelphia area, I knew I wanted a DJ who would be happy to blend my partner's favourite, more British songs with classics that everyone loves. Nate is the only DJ I interviewed who openly welcomed the challenge and allowed us the opportunity to customise a playlist from both his existing library and as many purchased songs as we wished. This meant we could include my now-husband's favourites, which aren't always as well-known in the US. Though I didn't have many questions leading up to the event, when I did, Nate was extremely responsive and more than happy to help. As I was not able to meet in person, he worked around the time difference to call me and review plans. We wanted a dance floor that was never empty, and no slower songs or requests from guests. Honestly, there was so much for everyone to enjoy that I don't think anyone could think of anything to request! He perfectly mixed our varied playlist to create 'sections' that appealed to different generations, so the floor truly was always pretty packed. I've had so many compliments on the music since the wedding! I truly can't thank Nate enough for bringing that energy to our day and ensuring everyone enjoyed themselves so much. He was a pleasure to work with and really up for anything we threw at him.
