Guests scan a QR code at our magnet station, snap a photo at any area of the venue on their own phone, and minutes later they are holding a glossy 2x2 magnet of that exact moment. No app to download, no line at a booth, and nothing to remember to pick up later.

We think of it as the photo booth alternative for couples who want their guests to leave with something they will still look at in ten years. A printed strip gets tucked in a drawer. A magnet lives on the fridge, in the hallway, on the office filing cabinet, and every time someone reaches for the milk they see your wedding.

How a Tender Kept wedding works:

We arrive before guests do and set up a compact, elegant station: a linen-covered table, a display board dressed with florals, and clear signage with your QR code. Our attendant greets guests, helps anyone who wants a hand with the upload, and keeps the magnets flowing all night.

Guests can submit as many photos as they like, from the ceremony through the last dance. Each one is trimmed, sealed under a clear protective layer, and handed back with a magnet backing, ready for the fridge.

You can personalize every magnet with your names and wedding date, or a custom border that matches your palette. We also can make a keepsake set for the two of you from the best guest submissions, so you go home with a collection of your wedding as your guests saw it.

What is included:

Every package includes the station, our attendant for the full event window, unlimited guest uploads, the personalized design, all materials, and a digital gallery of every photo submitted. Coverage typically runs four to six hours, and we travel to venues throughout Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, and Washtenaw counties, including Troy, Birmingham, Royal Oak, Novi, Rochester, Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Plymouth.

We started because we kept noticing the same thing at weddings: the photos guests take on their phones are often the most honest ones, and almost none of them ever get printed. We built a way to change that on the spot. Our team is trained to be warm and qucik so the station feels like part of the celebration rather than a line to wait in.
