I would highly recommend Ted's to anyone! My (now) husband had a great experience with them for all his groomsmen, himself, and the dads and grandpas! There was a slight issue and the entire wedding suits were ordered in gray instead of blue. The team handled the issue with the utmost professionalism and honestly we were blown away how much they went out of their way to correct the issue! My husband purchased his suit and had it tailored by them as well. Everything came together beautifully and I would absolutely use and recommend them to anyone!

We rented all 7 of our groomsmen suits from Ted's and they made the process so simple and easy! Not to mention, we got soo many compliments on how good they all looked. We had 3 groomsmen that were out of town, and Ted's was able to get their measurements and have their suits in early just to make sure there was enough time if they needed any adjustments (which they didnt). They know exactly what they are doing and highly recommend using them for any suit needs!!

We wanted Groom's tuxedo to fit as well as Bride's dress. It was important to us that Groom look his best too. Everyone at Ted's was professional, easy to work with and it was clear that they knew what they were doing. What stood out to us is that they were perfectionists with the tailoring - because THEY wanted the groom to look perfect. Excellent service.

We found Ted’s Clothiers via online searching for tux locations that had a brown chocolate tux rental option. After meeting with multiple other stores, we found Ted’s and were treated respectfully and patiently as we asked several questions. Cris congratulated us and walked us through the entire process, including a quote write up of all the details (tux, shirts, vests, ties, pocket square, shoes, damage waiver) so there were no questions on end price. He even suggested that the groom’s vest/tie/pocket square be ivory to match my dress and make him stand out from the others who were going to be wearing clover green. We liked that idea, and appreciate the suggestion – this shows they cared about our experience, not just the business! They also shared a promotion coming up for a free groom tux with 5 other rentals – which worked great for us. They created a paper file for our party which we filled out with names; we then communicated phone and email information for the shop to send out to groomsmen and ushers. About a month prior to the wedding, we went in for the groom fitting and found everyone had already called in with measurements and sizes! Six days prior to the wedding, we got a call that tuxes were in, so we let everyone else know too. Pick-up went smoothly; we did get an update from a few people that shoes didn’t fit quite right and pants were too long, but Ted’s immediately took care of it before they left the shop so there were no issues at all! During the return process, there were no hiccups either – even when we had gotten some paint (from our unity canvas) on the groom’s shirt and one of the ushers misplaced a cufflink. They said it was no issue or extra cost, and thanked us for the business. Great experience and more affordable option than other places we found.

Ted's is way easier to deal with then the typical Tux rental shop. We loved working with Chris, and they were so flexible with our schedule. Plus the price (for the same tux elsewhere) was way less! They did not demand we return the tux immediately, and they let us take a sample tie to match to the BM dresses! Please check them out for your wedding! This small family business deserves great customers.
