Catering that brings the bold, vibrant flavors of India to your event—welcome to Tamara Modern Indian Cuisine, located in the heart of Orlando inside the Cambria Hotel.
Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate gathering, milestone birthday, or any special occasion, Tamara specializes in full-service Indian catering that impresses. From intimate ceremonies to grand receptions, our team is dedicated to delivering an unforgettable culinary experience for you and your guests.
We offer a wide selection of appetizers, entrées, desserts, and live food stations—including our signature live tandoori station, where fresh, flavorful items are grilled on-site. Our catering packages can include everything from elegant chafing dishes and cutlery to delivery, setup, and professional servers.
With the capacity to host events on-site for up to 150 guests, our venue is available for weddings, engagement parties, corporate events, and more. Would you prefer a different location? We also provide off-site catering with delivery throughout the Orlando area.
Each menu is customizable, and our culinary team will work closely with you to design a spread that reflects your style, taste, and culture—whether it’s fully vegetarian, fusion-inspired, or filled with traditional regional specialties.
