We had a South Asian wedding and the team did so good at coordinating everything from communicating with the vendors to making sure decoration was set up correctly to executing the wedding day itself. I was so happy to offload All my tasks to their team - they are so reliable and definitely recommend! Could not have had an amazing wedding weekend without them!

Hiring Talita as our day-of coordinator (and honestly, so much more than that) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we connected, it was clear she got it, knowledgeable in both Hindu and Caribbean traditions, she understood the nuances of my Guyanese background and my fiancé’s Trinidadian roots and honored them in every detail. She was by my side for every single event a whether it was 4am glam on Saturday or my 11am glam on Sunday — and somehow made it all feel seamless, intentional, and so full of heart.

Talita didn’t just manage things, she owned them. She picked up items I couldn’t get to, kept every vendor in line and on time (no easy task for a multi day wedding), and never once let me stress. I didn’t even have time to worry because she was always five steps ahead with the calm confidence and organization that every bride dreams of!!

And her team? INCREDIBLE. They’re her sisters and let me tell you, that magic runs in the family. Her sister Genesis is one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever met. She never left my side and made sure I felt like a true bride every single moment. I’ve never in my life felt so pampered and taken care of.

They didn’t just support me too, they made sure my husband was taken care of too. They even helped us find a trustworthy dog sitter to stay with our pup during our events and transport him safely. That kind of care is unmatched.

She even took the time to visit our venue in advance to make sure everything would flow smoothly, which says a lot about how dedicated and thoughtful she is. And I have to give a special shoutout to Silvia, the bridal attendant, who was by my side the entire time making sure I had everything I needed and was feeling okay — she was amazing.

I never knew i would have relied on a coordinator as much as I did during our weekend wedding. At the end of our reception, her team made sure everything was packed and sorted so there would be no extra fees. Her experience and professionalism really showed as she navigated our 7 event Indian wedding and managed 300+ guest. I would recommend her to every single bride and groom out there, she is the best and truly cares about the couples she works with. Her team was also incredibly professional, Genesis was with me the entire weekend. She ensured all of my outfits were ready to go, brought me coffee and snacks, and hyped me up the whole weekend.

Talita and her team are the best out there. My husband and I were planning both a Hindu ceremony and Western ceremony/ reception. Talita was extremely knowledgeable, available and organized at every step of the way. She coordinated separate vendors for each ceremony with individualized timelines and demonstrated strong cultural competency. Aside from being a phenomenal wedding planner with great experience, Talita is an absolute joy to work with in general. She is kind, funny and excited about her work. She takes a lot of pride in doing a good job and making sure your wedding day is as special and carefree as possible. She truly went above and beyond. Her bridal attendant, Genesis, was very attentive, pleasant and easy to be around. I cannot say a single mediocre thing about our experience. If we were to do it all again, she would be rehired in a heart beat.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Talita and her team were amazing! We hired them as day of coordinators for our modern Indian wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They accompanied us at our final walk through to help us finalize our venue details, came to the hotel the day before to make sure we had settled in okay and that all of our decor and ceremony items were there, and even offered to bring me coffee the morning of the wedding.

The team was very familiar with Indian weddings and helped with executing our vision. They helped us with outfit changes, staying organized, making sure we were where we needed to be for photos, and coordinating with our families and bridal party. They also packed up our things at the end of the night so we could enjoy our after party. Talita was available prior to the wedding for questions and working out logistics. I am type A and stress out easily. Having Talita as our coordinator helped me be a stress free bride and I was actually able to enjoy my wedding.
Even my now husband who was hesitant on spending money on a coordinator, thought Talita was worth every penny and has been raving about her and the team!

Talk about the best day of my life!!!! TMP made our wedding run so smooth! Their team was with us from very early in the morning and stayed with us every step of the day!
