The Tacoma String Quartet was wonderful to work with, and they played beautifully at our wedding. When we requested songs that weren't yet in their repertoire, Annette contacted an affordable arranger so that we could have those songs at our wedding. When I needed some help choosing some of the prelude and processional songs, Annette made very helpful suggestions that were in line with my style preferences. Annette and Becky provided beautiful string duo music for my outdoor wedding and it really added such a unique touch to the ceremony. During the planning process, Annette was extremely helpful in offering ways to customize the music to our liking. The ceremony itself ran late, but despite the heat, Annette and Becky continued to play music for our guests well past the time they were scheduled for, which was much appreciated. We interviewed and listened to many string quartets and trios in the Seattle /Tacoma area. Tacoma String Quartet was by far the best. We hired them for our daughter's wedding reception and couldn't be happier with the choice we made. They added a touch of class and elegance to the reception that is undescribable. They were professional, prompt, flexible, and unobtrusive and their music was indescribably beautiful. Annette was incredible to work with - she asked us what we wanted and then provided examples, suggestions, and all the help we needed to put together a beautiful play list. The artists were absolutely wonderful as well. You can't go wrong with Tacoma String Quartet.

Our guests loved the string trio we hired from the quartet. They were troupers in dealing with the unexpectedly tight space when additional guests were added days before the wedding. Annette was wonderful in checking on every detail to make sure that we had exactly what we wanted for the ceremony and reception. The musicians even learned a challenging piece just for us (Lark Ascending). The mix of classical and popular music was great. Thank you!
