Used them for customization/alterations for my son’s brand new prom tuxedo. Their work didn’t hold up, buttons fell off. Fabric was loose and alterations were incorrect! Pissed is an understatement after I paid over $400! The turn around time took over a month this wasn’t a rush job so I would have expected better results. Take your money, time, & business to another company. They ruined my sons prom night with this horrible job done.

The only task we really gave was to fix the straps of a wedding dress, nothing else really needed to be done…. over 100 dollars and 3 months later nothing was done, we were told it was ready after calling several times after months and it was not, and the straps that were finally done popped off in about 15 minutes.. really disappointing, very very nice people but did not seem to really care or show concern over the issues we presented several times.
