We used Synergy for our hair services for the wedding! They were so kind and talented. Everyone's hair looked perfect. I was SO happy with how my hair turned out!

Synergy Salon did my entire bridal party's hair and makeup! Everything was picture perfect!

Synergy Salon sent a team of stylists to our hotel in order to do my hair and makeup as well as that of the bridesmaids and moms. They did an amazing job. They listened to all of our requests, made us feel beautiful, and even gave us hairspray when we realized we didn't have any if we were to need it. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and they were willing to change what they had done if it was decided that a girl didn't like it.

This Salon was wonderful to work with!! They did my hair and makeup for my wedding. We did my "trial" run the weekend before and worked with the styles we wanted. Then they did fabulous on my wedding day. I would highly recommend them!!

If I could leave 0 stars I certainly would. I have been trying to book an appointment for a massage since January 1st. One appointment was set but was canceled without even a phone call. Had to take an evening appointment to replace that appointment but I was unable to get there so had to cancel because the appointmen was until 8 o'clock at night. Called to reschedule and was told it would be another month before another appointment would be available. So I ask the lady if I could just get the money for the gift cards I had purchased back. I was told yes I could. The next morning I arrived at 930. Their hours on their website state that they open at 9. The doors were locked and after a few minutes someone finally let me in. The lady at the desk did not know how to refund the gift cards so I then had to wait additional time for the owner to arrive. After a half an hour of waiting she let me know that she would not refund the gift card and that I would need to take her to court to get my money back. She said they had hired a man massage therapist (no interest in being massaged by a male) and they were potentially going to be hiring someone soon since their massage therapist only works 1 day and 1 evening. I explained after being told I would need to take her to court that I had no interest in doing business with her company and would like my money back adding that I had the receipt. She once again refused. Save your time. You will just get the run around. Terrible and rude management.
