Sydney specializes in beauty makeovers, bridal, head shots, theatrical characters, cosplay, drag queens, fashion and glamour print work as well as millinery head gear and wig styling (lace-front, synthetic and human hair).

For large parties, Sydney contracts other licensed professionals for assistance with makeup and hairstyling to accomodate time restraints.

Sydney's attention to detail and desire for perfection ensure a polished and sophisticated end result that will satisfy each unique and individual client's needs. She offers professional advice and examples of looks while listening to her clients to ensure they achieve a harmonious end result.

So talented!

Sydney was recommended by multiple people I went to university with. They were not kidding! She is an incredible makeup artist and everyone in my bridal party felt beautiful. I was in love with the job she did for everyone as well as myself. She has a true gift of making sure the makeup compliments everyone's features. She is a gem for the value, do not pass up the chance of working with her!

Made me AND my photos look AMAZING

I met Sydney when she was doing the Make-up for a mutual friend's wedding (July 2013). I was only a bridesmaid then, but beginning to plan my day as well. Sydney was organized to the minute, fitting in the Bride, 4 Bridesmaids, and 2 moms all before go time. I was SO impressed with her skills and the products she used. I have very sensitive skin, and I was worried that I would break out, but I didn't react to any of it! Also, even though it was SO HOT for a July wedding, none of it melted or faded AT ALL. All of the photos were stunning. That is when I KNEW I had to have Sydney for my wedding, in October 2014. Sydney was professional, easy to book with, and was a joy to have around during my big day. She brought my lipstick and touch up necessities to our venue so that between ceremony and reception everything could stay 100% perfect! When our photos came I was so amazed, they didn't need ANY editing because the makeup was so consistent and flawless! I would recommend her to ANYONE and EVERYONE!

Highly recommend

Sydney did my wedding day makeup, as well as makeup for my mother, mother-in-law, and several bridesmaids. Sydney is incredibly professional and the most talented makeup artist I've ever met (emphasis on the "artist"--she has an eye for detail and took extra care to make sure everyone's look was perfect). Additionally, she is the absolute sweetest person and a calming presence on what could have been a stressful/hectic day.

The best makeup artist ever!

Sydney is an incredible professional makeup artist. As a long time friend, I knew I would ask her to do my makeup for my wedding, and I'm so glad she agreed! She did the makeup and hair for me and my three bridesmaids all by herself, completed it all on time, and even made an appearance during photos for a touch up. This is all not even mentioning the quality of her work - our makeup was flawless, hair was perfect. I have never felt more beautiful in my life! THANK YOU Sydney for being there on my wedding day!!

Sydney is the best makeup artist you could ask for she is highly skilled and professional at a good price. She did an amazing job for my wedding and like a true bride I never felt more beautiful than I did on that day with the help of Sydney! She did a great job on my bridesmaid and mother in law as well I would recommend her to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Sydney!!! When I saw some of her work online I was amazed! She is truly talented with makeup and very professional, she offers her opinion where it is needed while really listening to what her clients want. My makeup for my wedding was absolutely flawless and I got so many compliments all night! I have never felt more beautiful and confident in my entire life. She was very flexible with me as well with my trial shoot and accommodated me without any difficulty with some last minute changes which I really appreciated. She came to my house on my wedding day and was very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend Syndey to anyone I know!!

Finding Sydney to create my desired wedding look was a dream come true! She flawlessly combined my preferences with her artistic talent and extensive cosmetic knowledge to exceed all my expectations. Her professionalism and obvious expertise made me trust her implicitly. In searching for wedding hairstyles, I was concerned that my top choice was too complicated. When I sent the photo to Sydney, she didn't hesitate to say, "I can do that". Not only did she do it, but my hair stayed perfect all day and I felt like a walking piece of majestic art. In addition to her technical skills, Sydney proved herself to be incredibly kind and conscientious. She really knows how to make a bride feel at ease and she does it all with so much humility and grace. She barely took any credit for the amazing work she did. In her words: "I just accentuated the beauty that you already have". Sydney will definitely be my top choice for any future professional hair and makeup services (until she is super famous and way out of my price league - trust me folks, she is that good).

Sydney did a marvelous job on my hair and make-up. She was prompt and reliable, and set-up before I even arrived. She helped calm my jitters. She was attentive to my requests to look more glamorous, or to look more like me. Many people, including my husband, told me that I looked like a classic movie star on my wedding day. She did a beautiful job on my bridesmaid's make-up too! She applied a lovely natural look to the bridesmaids who don't normally wear any make-up. I'm very grateful to have had Sydney as my Hair and Make-Up Artist for my wedding. Highly recommended!

Sydney was a great find and close to my wedding prep location. She came over and spent most of the day working on my three bridesmaids' hair as well as my hair and make-up. She was very professional and understanding throughout the day even when people were coming in and out of my apartment and I was so nervous. She didn't judge our taste in the movies we were playing as we were getting ready. All of us had amazing vintage inspired up-dos and my make-up was great. It was one less thing I had to worry about throughout the whole night as it stayed in place and was perfect.

Sydney was the epitome of professionalism, and her talents are only outweighed by her kindness and calming presence when she's working. Sydney single handedly did the makeup for me (the bride), my 4 bridesmaids, the mother of the bride and the mother of the groom. She is so generous, in fact, that she even did last minute makeup for the grandmother of the groom, who was not originally on the schedule. Sydney worked quickly, and continued to touch up everyone's makeup before and during photographs. When I was on the phone dealing with location changes due to rain, she worked around my cell phone and all the while expressed her excitement for the wedding, and calmed me down.

In addition to my makeup, she also did my hair, and finished both in under 2 hours. Sydney worked quickly, with a clear plan and vision. She worked with me on the look I wanted, and provided her input to make my ideas even better. Everyone looked clean, elegant, and better than I imagined.
