Selecting Bernadette to bake our wedding cake was among the best decisions we made in our planning process. Bernadette provided a very personalized tasting experience and was happy to answer all of our questions about our various options. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented and was able to fully capture exactly what we envisioned for our wedding cake. After our tasting, the choice was obvious -- we knew Bernadette was the baker we wanted to make our wedding cake. From there, the hardest part was choosing our cake's flavors, because all of the options were so delicious! On the day of our wedding, the cake arrived on time as planned. It looked and tasted even better than we could have ever imagined, and many of our guests commented on the amazing flavor. You really can't go wrong with Sweetcakes by Bernadette. If you have the opportunity to book Bernadette, do so immediately!!! She was amazing! Our cake was delicious! Get the Italian Buttercream! Our cake was orange and Italian Buttercream and my husband hates oranges but when he tried it in our tasting he was sold and he had to have it! We also had cupcakes of Pistachio and orange also with Italian Buttercream! Delicious! Everything was decorated so elegantly and it matched the taste! We love her so much we already put in an order for Christmas cookies!!! Can't wait to get those!!!

Bernadette is wonderful to work with. From our first appointment she made it feel so special and like she really cared. That's actually a hug reason why we decided on her for our wedding (besides the fact that our tasting was the best and most delicious) It's honestly the best cake I've ever had. We went with the Italian buttercream which was a huge hit. Guests raved about how good our cupcakes were equally sharing that it was the best cupcake they ever had. She decorated the Bride and Groom cake perfectly, it match exactly what I wanted. The cupcakes were amazing. We chose to get three different designs that matched our theme (moody colors and white pumpkins that were wrapped in a beautiful gold foil). The designs were gorgeous! Again guest raved about the designs as well. We couldn't be happier with choosing Bernadette. Her prices are fair and you really are getting such a quality product. It's money well spent and way better than any bakery.

Sweetcakes made us the most beautiful 4 tier white cake for our wedding. We gave Bernadette a general idea of what we wanted our cake to be and she took that and made us something even better than we could have imagined. And it was as delicious as it was beautiful!

We had the most delicious and beautiful cake for our wedding, thanks to Bernadette! From the very beginning of tasting cakes to the end product, Bernadette was so kind and accommodating. She is also clearly talented in what she does. We enjoyed our experience with her and loved our gorgeous wedding cake!

Bernadette is an absolute joy to work with not only because she's passionate about her art of baking, but she's also in love with love! My husband and I got married last month, and Bernadette was so genuinely supportive and enthusiastic about our wedding and our future together that she felt like our fairy godmother!

With over 180 guests, we chose to serve the more affordable option of cupcakes instead of the traditional tiered wedding cake. One of our friends shared with us that our guests flocked to our dessert table when they heard that spice was one of our cupcake flavors! Our spice cupcakes were also our personal favorite, especially paired with Bernadette's Italian buttercream frosting, which is creamier and less sugary tasting than typical American frosting. Bernadette decorated our cupcakes with a rose design for the frosting and added a touch of white sparkles. Embellished with greenery and a few artfully placed spray roses by our florist, Bernadette's cupcakes were the perfect tasty treat for our autumn outdoor wedding.

Was great all around! I had 3 separate cakes, 2 naked and one frosted. All 3 different flavors and were huge! Everyone loved them and tasted so good!
