As a bride with Celiac disease, trying to find a reasonably priced gluten free wedding cake in my area was daunting. After much thought, my husband and I decided we would do a small cake for him and immediate family to enjoy and gluten free cupcakes for myself. While searching for the right bakery, we stumbled upon Sweet Theory. They were incredibly easy to work with and willing to answer any questions. The cupcakes were DELICIOUS, were beautifully done, and were dirt cheap for homemade gf decadents. Their bakery is 100% gluten free and has far more options than most. It was such a relief to find a bakery where I wouldn't need to be concerned with having a gluten reaction on one of the most important days of my life I will be returning as soon as I get back to Jacksonville for more!!

We had 5 different cakes instead of a tiered cake. It was fabulous. The flavor a are always so good and the cakes were beautiful! I can't wait to get back from the honeymoon to eat more cake! Great pricing too!

Sweet theory is amazing! We reached out to sweet theory because we wanted something different and that's exactly what we got! INstead of a cake, we did a donut wall and sweet theory was all the rave at our wedding! The donuts are huge, delicious, and vegan which makes them available for all guests. The donut wall was such a highlight, I wish I could eat them everyday. You definitely need sweet theory to cater your wedding!
