Samantha was such a wonderful baker for my wedding!! I am vegan and while my dinner was not solely vegan, I wanted to be able to eat every last cupcake. She was so quick to respond, patient, and comfortable with my dietary restrictions. We had a small two tier cake for cutting and six dozen cupcakes in three different flavors (Lemon, Pink Champagne, and Almond), and all we incredible. The week of the wedding, my family all arrived from the east coast and the madness began, I forgot to pay the deposit (eek! Very unprofessional on my part) and after I paid her late she still baked and delivered it all on the day of my wedding. All the guests loved the sweets and I had some leftover to enjoy the morning after. Thank you Samantha for your patience and talent! I can't wait for the next birthday in our house :).
