I have known Sweet Lisa’s for years - Lisa and her team have created several birthday cakes for me over the years for monumental celebrations and they always are gorgeous, so detailed and over-the-moon-delicious that everyone fights over the leftovers! When it came time to hire a pastry chef for our wedding cake, this was one decision that did not involve any shopping around!

Even during the COVID times, the cupcake sampler that Lisa has put together to try out the different flavors of cake and frosting at home was a fun, at-home, date-night activity that we had a blast trying! Everything from the initial point of contact to the delivery was easy with her - she communicates in a timely manner, is energetic, upbeat and has creative ideas. We had combed through her social media channels and sent a few cake ideas, so once we decided on flavors, were good to go!

The cake was delivered on-time to the venue and just as beautiful as we had pictured it would be….working with our florist to add the floral embellishments, it could not have been more perfect. Of course, even after a cocktail hour and full four-course dinner, everyone LOVED the cake and were paying compliments to the pastry chef.

Sweet Lisa's created the most delicious cake for my wedding! First, the design was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Second, she was able to make each tier a different flavor! Great for the differing taste buds of the bride and groom, and awesome options for the guests! We did chocolate cake with oreo filling, vanilla cake with raspberry filling and carrot cake with cream cheese filling. Each was absolutely delicious and I got a TON of compliments. A few days later, I brought left overs to the office, and my co-workers were raving about how delicious it was, 4 days later!!! Can't wait to for another occasion to use Sweet Lisa's services again! Also, Lisa was super sweet and great to work with. Our cake tasting was so comfortable and enjoyable and Lisa was so accommodating!!

Although we didn't end up hiring Sweet Lisa's for our cake (we went with my parents' favorite local Italian bakery which was wonderful) I wanted to write a review for Sweet Lisa's since they were so lovely to us and their cakes are so beautiful. Sweet Lisa's is super low pressure - unlike a lot of wedding vendors who try to pressure you to sign a contract today and put down a deposit asap, Lisa was very relaxed, showed us lots of options, and let us take our time deciding. The samples we tasted were delicious, and the sample cakes we saw were beautiful. It didn't end up being the right fit for us, but I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone looking for a lovely wedding cake in a warm and welcoming environment.

Our venue sent us to Sweet Lisa's for our wedding, but I'm glad they did. Sweet Lisa's is an adorable little home bakery. My husband and I had the same goal; to design a wedding cake that was non-traditional that our guests would actually want to eat! Sweet Lisa's had such a variety of options that it made this possible. We ended up with a 4 tier cake, with 2 different styles: Funfetti cake with Oreo cream frosting and Chocolate Chiffon cake with Reese's cream frosting for the other. The result was epic. Asides from the insides being perfect, the outside was beautiful and included cascading flowers from our florist to match our colors. I can't wait to eat a piece on our anniversary in a year!

Lisa is incredibly sweet and easy to work with. Lisa was able to make my dreams come true by making a chocolate, funfetti, salted caramel and cookie dough filled cake. Everyone kept saying this was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted!

Lisa IS the sweetest! The vision for our cake was brought to life on our wedding day. Lisa understood exactly what we were going for. The cake was delicious. We chose Lisa to do our wedding cake because of her cookies we tasted at a bridal expo. We loved the cookies so much we made them our wedding favor and they were a hit! We got to make a custom cookie with our names and wedding date on it. Everyone loved them.

Sweet Lisa's made us an extremely beautiful, absolutely delicious wedding cake. She's also one of the absolute sweetest people I worked with when planning the wedding. I definitely recommend them for your wedding (or any other) cake needs. Thank you so, so much, Lisa!

We aren’t particularly fond of cake, but after going to a short tasting at Sweet Lisa’s we were extremely excited for our wedding cake. They were very easy to work with, and after the selection they were able to take care of everything else with the venue so we didn’t have to do any further coordination. The cake that they delivered on our wedding day was absolutely stunning and delicious! We highly recommend Sweet Lisa's to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding cake!

We loved working with Lisa for our wedding cake! She was lovely to chat with for our cake consultation, and she worked with us really closely to help us pick cake flavors and designs we liked. For our actual wedding cake, she helped us design a beautiful 4-tier cake with alternating flavors that was a HUGE hit with our wedding guests. The cake was beautiful, and most importantly, it was one of the best-tasting wedding cakes (both flavors!) I've ever had.

Lisa and her team created the most beautiful wedding cake for our wedding! She also made a surprise grooms cake for my husband, a 3D beer bottle, with the label of his favorite beer- that cake was a huge hit at the wedding, and both cakes tasted as good as they looked!! Everyone couldn't stop talking about how delicious (and beautiful) our cakes were!
