I got married here May 7th 2022. We rented the entire property to be able to house our family and wedding party of 55 people. Kelly and John were AMAZING! Kelly was so responsive at all times and throughout the weekend ensured we had everything we needed and then some! The day of my wedding we ended up with terrible weather. Wind, LOTS of wind, rain and cold! Kelly put up with me not being able to decide that morning if I wanted to try and do it outside or inside the tent. She was beyond patient and came up with a way that my husband and I could stand outside the tent if it wasn't raining and yet allowed my guest to be under the tent. Her entire team jumped into gear and set the tent up exactly how I wanted to still be able to have the perfect ceremony!! All the houses were perfect for our families, with 55 people no one was over crowded, and the big kitchens and dining rooms allowed for people to hang out with out being on top of each other. All the amenities were enjoyed by everyone! We loved it so much my husband and I came back to celebrate our one year anniversary! They had finished remodeling a room at one house to be able to rent out and not have to rent the entire house. The room is amazing, perfect for just the 2 of us and we still are able to enjoy everything outside!

We will be coming back over and over again!

My fiance and I were looking at this as out venue for our wedding. The customer service and responsiveness to our questions was quick and friendly. This venue would have been a great choice if my fiance and I hadn't chosen to go with a destination wedding instead!

Swan Cove Manor was an absolutely beautiful and the perfect location for my Daughter Heather's Wedding to Bradley!! Top Quality and 1st Class service from both Frank and locally Stevie. We couldn't have Been HAPPIER!! I would HIGHLY Recommend this location to anyone for a wedding, family reunion, Corporate function, etc.. In addition, all of the local vendors were amazing too from the caterer to equipment/tent rental to shuttle services. THANK YOU SWAN COVE for a day this father with NEVER forget!! PRICELESS!!!!

My husband and I got married at Swan Cove this month (September 2017). We stayed 3 nights with our family and friends and the accommodations were so beautiful and well kept. Plus we had a great time enjoying the property and being together. Everyone on the team at Swan Cove is extremely helpful and responsive. Specifically Bernadette, Frank & Stevie - thank you all so much for all of your help! We used a great bunch of vendors recommended by Swan Cove & everyone was excellent. Our wedding guests absolutely loved the scenery and the property, we had a beautiful sunny day. Our wedding was truly a dream at Swan Cove Manor!

Our family and all of our guests had a fantastic time at Swan Cove for our daughter’s wedding. It was the perfect venue – the houses are all well maintained and furnished, and the beauty of the property just blew everyone away. It was so nice to have our extended families and everyone in the wedding party on the property so we could just hang out together in the days leading up to the wedding. The local property manager (Steve) was a big help and made our visit enjoyable. He was a great resource for information and local vendors when we were in the planning stage, and he was responsive and helpful when we got to Swan Cove and had some questions. That peace of mind allowed us to kick back and enjoy ourselves. We were looking for the perfect venue for a magical day, and Swan Cove delivered.

I can't say enough about our time at Swan Cove Manor.

The accommodations let us have a lot of our family and guests stay on site so the wedding weekend lasted more than
"4 fast hours".

It's out in Cambridge, but there are plenty of hotels and other vendors nearby to help you pull off the event you want. Frank and Steve have a full list to help you out with tents and so on. For any small things - there is a WalMart about 12 miles away so you can grab last minute things no problem.

We did our wedding outdoors - no bugs problems because they spray the place. Everyone said it was a great time being able to hang out at the docks. The family laughingly jokes that we should try to rent it every year for a reunion!

From start to finish we could not have asked for better treatment. Facilities were wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was a pleasure, all questions asked and answered. Although they have not used the vendors themselves the list was a tremendous help. The site is spectacular making for amazing photos, there is so much to do, and most got to stay on site.

My husband and I just got married at Swan Cove Manor and it was without a doubt the best weekend of our lives! We rented all 4 houses on the property and had our families and wedding party stay at the houses with us. The Quarterdeck was a great space for my husband and I and we loved the shower. All of the houses were great, well kept and cozy. We had an outdoor rehearsal dinner by the water behind the Chart house. Many stayed around and we sat by the fire, roasted marshmallows and our family and friends had the time to get to know one another.

Although we were in the path of a hurricane on our wedding day, everyone was relaxed because we had already had so much fun already. Luckily the hurricane missed us. We had a tent behind the Mariner and the ladies got hair and makeup done at the large table in the house. When I put my dress on in the first floor room of the Mariner it was cool to be able to look out and see guests arriving and get a sneak peak of my husband. We got married in front of the dock closest and it was beautiful. The dock and surrounding grassy areas were great photo locations.

Our wedding was perfect. Our photographer, Mike Sperlak was on point and got every candid moment we would have wanted captured including some guests jumping into the water later in the evening. It was a stress reliever to be able to let the night flow vs being on a tight schedule because we did not have a time limit at the venue.

The next day we held a bbq and cornhole tournament where we drank, ate, and engaged in friendly competition. It was awesome being able to spend time with friends and family. We did not feel that we had to spend our wedding day visiting with people because we had the opportunity to see most of the guests during the weekend. Many guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. My husband and I highly recommend Swan Cove Manor. It was the best, most memorable way to start our lives together.

Beautiful venue, responsive owners who really care. I left something valuable at the house and they immediately tracked it down and held it for me from weeks while I was on my honeymoon. I can't recommend them enough.

We had an amazing wedding at Swan Cove! Best day of our lives! It was so nice to stay on property. The staff was accommodating and Steve goes out of his way to make sure you feel at home. The property is BREATHTAKING. There was something for our entire family to do all weekend. Set up and take down was easy and painless. Payment and deposit was prompt and Frank was a breeze to work with. We loved it some much we recommended to our friends who are getting married 9/2017! Cant wait to go back!
