Wedding Cake by Sur Cafe.

My daughter’s wedding cake was Fantastic! It tasted really good and looked exactly the way we wanted it to look. Laura understood our needs and gave us advise throughout the process whenever we had questions. It was delivered in time and she worked on site to make sure that everything was set the right way. I liked the variety of choices. She is very professional and we absolutely recommend Sur Cafe.

Amazing & wonderful!

Working with Laura and her team was a wonderful experience. We had a large reception and asked Laura to make an assortment of gourmet cakes, and they were delicious and looked beautiful! Laura was a dream to work with in the planning stage. She was prompt in her responses and answered all of our questions. Her team who helped on our wedding day was also very kind and professional. We highly recommend them.

Surprisingly better than expected!

We just finished hosting a three-day, Argentine-tango, event, used SUR Catering throughout the event and received rave reviews. We couldn’t be more pleased. Laura Blanco of SUR Catering and her staff created unique hors d’oeuvres for each of our multiple event sessions—hors d'oeuvres that were interesting and more flavorful than we had anticipated. Our guests were surprised and delighted. And it got better with every iteration. On the last night of the event, SUR Catering provided fresh-baked empanadas. We had lemon beef, chicken, and a vegetarian option. The crust was light; the filling was generous and amazingly flavorful. Many of our guests are older, well-informed world travelers, and we repeatedly heard that these may be the best empanadas they’ve ever tasted. We will definitely will use Laura Blanco and SUR Catering again.

Great, great, great!

Sur knocked it out of the park with professionalism and quality. The food was amazing. They gave thoughtful feedback about menu items and plating. They took care of all the details that I forgot. And again... the food was truly delicious.
