Judith and Ron, the owners of the rental company from which we rented 2 adjacent beach houses (Stella Maris and the Beach Chalet), were a pleasure to work with. We had issues with the former rental agency that used to manage the Beach Chalet -- Fun in the Sun Rentals -- they stole about $700 from us and attempted to steal another $1500, but at least I got the $1500 back from a credit card dispute claim (never from the company itself). Judith very kindly waived that $700 deposit amount because she knew it had been stolen from us before the Beach Chalet came under their management. Both houses were great to stay in, and we had an amazing wedding with 75 guests seated in the patio of the Beach Chalet (with a tent in between the 2 houses for the tables for dinner). Many guests told us it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and the setting of both houses was just incredible, even better than in pictures.
