Vic and Shane were excellent partners throughout the wedding day. You know a photographer/videographer is doing their job when you don’t even notice they’re around filming. They were able to blend into the day so seamlessly and capture moments that will last my wife and me a lifetime. At the moment we just have our sneak peek video to watch and can easily estimate we’ve watched the video over 50 times. Absolutely can’t wait for the full video to be sent when it’s ready. I can’t begin to explain how lucky we felt to have found the Sun and Peak team. We were so nervous trying to chose the right person who would capture what we visioned and as soon as we saw their work we knew they were it! The team made us feel so comfortable and it felt as if we were just doing a fun shoot with an old friend. We will forever look back on these photos and cherish the moments they captured, the team went above and beyond anything we could have imagined!

From our first interaction, they showed incredible professionalism and amazing personality shone through even in an email! The team made an effort to get to know me and my partner and made us feel so comfortable even when sometimes taking photos is a little uncomfortable! Photography was my top priority when it came to my wedding and so finding Sun and Peak, seeing their incredible talent, and witnessing their beautiful spirits was such an answered prayer. They was the perfect addition to our day. Because of Covid-19, we had to change what our day looked like quite a bit, but Victoria was so kind and flexible and rolled with whatever we planned. It was a HOT day, but she never once complained and made sure that we had the exact photos that we will treasure forever. They are so incredible that they had already started working on editing even after a really long day and we had photos to love on our wedding night! They are so fast with the delivery of galleries, I truly couldn't believe that a month after the wedding, we had our entire, beautifully done gallery! Their eye for posing, lighting, everything involved proves they have an incredible talent and I would recommend them for anyone getting married or just wanting some beautiful photos! I'm so grateful Victoria and her team were a part of my wedding day and I will treasure her forever!

We had the best time ever working with Sun and Peak! You can really tell they have a passion for what they do. It comes through from the moment you first meet them, to their energy all the way through, and most importantly in their photos.

2020 was obviously not the most ideal year to get married. We had to change our plans countless times, had venue after venue cancel on us, and had a series of disappointments with wedding planning. Victoria stood by us with every change we made and had a positive attitude throughout it all.

When we decided to elope at our favorite place, the Yuba river, she knew how to make it so special. She captured our genuine love and commitment to each other, our down-to-earth vibes, and our style perfectly. Between the lighting, perfect location, time of day, and direction she gave us, our photos turned out even more beautiful than we could imagine.

This experience was a dream come true and we are so grateful to Sun and Peak for making it all come to life!

We loved working with Victoria at Sun and Peaks photography! She was flexible, easy to work with, and was great working with Both the bride and bridesmaids as well as the groom and groomsman, getting some really fun poses out of us! She blended with the crowd and so was able to snap some amazing shots. She’s a real nice lady, and highly recommended by us.

I booked a 4 day photo/Video with vic and Shane. I thought it would be a unique experience for them to do a wedding from a different culture. I think it may have been difficult for her to adjust to the culture and capture it. I had some guests tell me the photographer seemed annoyed which was uncomfortable for me.
After the wedding, I noticed some photos that I was looking forward to seeing didn't show up in what was delivered. I asked to for these photos which she provided. I felt uneasy that some photos got missed and so I asked to view them all with the notion I would purchase all or select a few. She gave me a week to do this but unfortunately I was out of town with limited service. When I asked for a few more days, vic said no and that she did more then enough to meet my needs. As a consumer who spent alot of money, she seemed annoyed that I was questioning some of the photos and the services provided. She continued to bring up the contract and that she met her part of the deal.

That being said, when you work with them I would thoroughly read the contract. Pay attention to how many photos she's required to give an hour because if she gives u more and if you question the work, she will bring this fact up. She says she will never give a chance again for brides to see unedited photos, but this is an option that can be discussed and paid for with other photographers. When I was upset she didn't give me a bit more time to view unedited photos, she stated that I was taking time away from her emailing other clients. I felt like she took my money and was essentially done working with me cuz she met her contract duties. She actually never emailed me back. Thus, I would not only brides read your contract thoroughly but also find a photo/Video that is willing to work with you and accomadate you. I get that they have a style and vibe,but ultimately you as a bride are paying for a service and ur wants should be met. We also paid for unedited video but can't open it as it was placed from an apple computer. They didn't seem interested in helping us with this and so well have to figure it out.

That being said, the photos were wonderful. The video was good but repetetive in the clips (I had three different videos made)

Vic is accusing me of wanting free services when I was voicing concern for what pictures were provided. As a consumer, I should be able to this. I reassured her I would be paying for the extra photos, I never asked for anything free. I asked for more time to view the photos for which denied. How can I choose the photos if I couldn't view or pick them. Im not sure what was free here besides the need to keep the photos uploaded to view which she could have told me the cost of that. Again, im not sure what the free service was. She did not have ability to work with a customer that had issues with the photos and was upset when I asked for more time.
