Summer Winds came to us at the suggestion of Steph Stevens Photography and she was so right! They were incredible to work with - they helped set up a livestream for us so that our guests who could not attend were able to watch virtually. I’ve heard it was of amazing quality. (And it looked like it from the recording we got right away! I was able to watch my wedding the next day - how often does that happen!). They were both very available and present, but you also barely noticed them. They even brought a drone to get some aerial shots. At the end of the night, they had an idea to get some video of us dancing backlit from the caterers tent. We’ve seen a little preview and this is going to be one of the best moments from the whole day. I wasn’t sure a videographer was necessary until we had to do the virtual piece. And now that it is all over, I am SO glad we are going to have video. The wedding goes so fast, you want to relive it. Pictures and video will ensure that you get to forever.

Michael and his team did an amazing job on our wedding video. Leading up to the wedding, he was responsive, friendly and professional. He completely understood what we wanted from our video. He had great ideas to accommodate the fact that this was a micro wedding during the pandemic and made the entire experience so special. He was one of the most laid back, friendly and just all around amazing vendors we went with and I truly enjoyed having him around the day of the wedding. They made sure to get everything documented and when a really cool moment happened for my now husband, they got us the footage of it a day or two after the wedding because they knew how much he would want to see it. Michael and his team were truly a pleasure to work with, and we feel so lucky we chose them to capture our wedding day. Michael was wonderfully communicative in the lead up to our wedding. We really got to know him during our meetings, and were so happy and comfortable having him play such an important role on our big day. After initially being on the fence about hiring a videographer and working it into our budget, I now know that it is one of the best things we could have done, and worth every penny. Michael has such a good eye for detail, and managed to capture all the important and meaningful moments, without ever being intrusive or in the way. He is truly committed to making the best videos, and we all felt so at ease in knowing he had everything under control. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Michael was our favorite vendor to work with. He always answered promptly and professionally our calls and emails and was an overall pleasure to work with. Throughout our time working with Michael, especially on wedding day, he was genuinely invested in our wedding working hard to get every shot we wanted while doing it with a smile and a "that looks awesome." We could not have been more pleased with the work that we did with Summer Wind. They filmed our daughter's wedding this summer and were exceedingly gracious to us in our having been behind in getting a videographer set up early in the game. They came through for us with flying colors. Michael responded immediately to our first inquiry about availability, then did everything imaginable to help us make a decision to use them (i.e., sent copies of previous work, sent an extensive questionnaire to be filled out, asked a lot of provocative questions to our daughter and her fiancé to make sure to grasp their wishes and to glean from their personalities, etc.). When the day arrived, we had an absolutely phenomenal experience. Very professional without sacrificing the personal touch. We had selected a package which involved about 8-10 hours of filming. It was all done without being salient or obtrusive. The filming captured the spirit of the occasion, the special moments of reflection and contemplation, the passion and emotion of the event...from start to finish. A drone was used to film from above which gave a terrific panoramic of our setting. We could not be more pleased, and are grateful for the warmth and regard afforded us during this ever so tender event which will now live on in our hearts and minds due to it being available on film. Highly recommend Michael at SummerWind Wedding Films. He made everything so easy from when we first spoke until the wedding day. He is very organized in communication and is very quick with responses. He has a very detailed questionnaire you can fill out before the wedding so he knows exactly what you are looking for on the big day. We are so happy with the film we received. Excellent quality and he captured the day perfectly. We are so grateful to have all of the footage he captured as we can re-live our day over and over again!
