I cannot say enough good things about Natasha and Sugar Willow Events! By far, the best decision we made was to choose them to help coordinate our wedding. Our original date was October 2020 with planning starting in 2019. We had picked and signed with all major vendors by the beginning of 2020 when the shut downs began. Natasha was the calming presence during that time and we made the decision to postpone to 2021. The ease (to my perception) of which we were able to reschedule with the vendors was amazing! Natasha took as much stress as possible out of a situation that was both sad and stressful for couple to face.
Fast forward to our wedding day and and it was POURING rain at what was supposed to be our outdoor ceremony. Luckily, the venue had a tent and we can honestly say we fully trusted Natasha and her team to make it just as special inside as it was supposed to be outside, and they did! Natasha, Bailey and Cassie were AMAZING that day!! Not one drop of rain fell on my head thanks to Cassie and her umbrella work and they flipped the indoor reception space into the most beautiful ceremony space. Then they flipped it to cocktail hour...and then to dinner. We didn't even see how they did it, it was so seamless. These women work magic if you ask me and I can't recommend them enough. THANK YOU Natasha and team! ❤️ After almost 2 years of calls, texts and zooms, I'm going to miss our chats ☺️

When I first started looking for a planner I read a review for Sugar Willow that said "if you have the chance to hire Sugar Willow Events - Do it!" and from day one I couldn't agree more! Natasha and her team did such an incredible job with my wedding; they made sure everything was completely perfect. Natasha handled all the details for the wedding that I didn't want to deal with, and let me be in control of the stuff I couldn't let go of. She knew exactly what to do in every situation - including our postponement - and was such a calming presence leading up to and throughout the wedding. Natasha's vision, eye for design, and attention to detail really made my wedding beautiful, and I couldn't be more grateful to her and her team!

We are so happy we found Natasha and her team to plan our wedding! She was so easy to work with, very responsive to email and very organized! She had great recommendations for vendors and went above and beyond to make our wedding day exactly what we had hoped for! When it started pouring in teh middle of our outdoor dinner reception, she didn't flinch and with the help of our vendor team they moved the entire party onto our deck while my husband and I sipped wine and chatted with our families. She is worth every penny!
