Bianca was extremely professional; she had a deep knowledge of the entire engagement process and guided me along the way which exceeded all of my expectations. The quality of service was unmatched, she delivered on all of the unique things that made the engagement special for example: perfect venue on Seneca Lake, flower petal walkway, pink peonies flowers, heart shaped macaroons, our favorite bottle of wine! Working with Bianca was an outstanding value, and she went above and beyond in terms of communication, I could text her anytime with questions and she provided me with reassurance throughout the process. As a professional makeup artist, my past experiences working with wedding planners were either nonexistent or subpar to say the least. Bianca is the exception. She opened our line of communication months prior to the date of the wedding. She cultivated a friendly and open relationship that allowed us both to have clear expectations. She was also receptive to me expressing all of my specific questions or requests. Any of my inquiries were addressed promptly which allowed me to feel confident that I could do my job smoothly and efficiently. Even with last minute snafus, she was not only able to be reached but aid me in a solution. While the initial communication, exchanges, and booking of my bridal services took place between me and my bridal makeup client, post-booking, Bianca acted as a helpful and thorough liaison to assure that my bride (and I) were properly prepared so that we could enjoy a stress free experience leading up to the wedding day.

My husband and I got married this past weekend and it was the most beautiful day of our entire lives. We couldn’t have done it without Bianca and her rockstar team. Bianca (figuratively) held my hand through the entire process of planning our wedding and was an absolute angel throughout it all. I genuinely do not think I would have survived without her! I met Bianca when she was the wedding planner for my friend's wedding. When I was looking for a coordinator, I shopped around a little but it kept coming back to Bianca. Her energy is exceptional. She and her team were responsive, with me and each other. I was so relaxed on my wedding day (as relaxed as one could probably be at their own wedding...) because I knew things would get done. My budget for a wedding planner/coordinator was pretty tight and I'm also a crafty busy-body who was hoping to do the decor myself. I already knew who I wanted for a DJ and a photographer. During my first call with Bianca, she said "It sounds like you don't really need us for a lot of the planning. Save your money and do the month-of coordination." So that's what I did! Bianca was kind and responsive throughout but in those last 6 weeks really took on the mantle to gather and organize the vendors. She was invaluable. I handed her a binder with inspo pictures and a bunch of boxes of supplies and she took it and ran with it - making my vision even better than I could have imagined. As I was walking through the space (we got ready at the venue), I would look at what they were setting up and if I had a suggestion or a note they immediately pivoted and checked in to make sure everything was just how I wanted it. I got to feel involved, empowered, and respected ... but didn't have to lift a finger. Man, did I feel like a BRIDE! It was so cool. I found out a week before the wedding that we were required to clear the venue that night. Remember I DIY'd a fair amount of things... now I had to make sure it ALL got out?! I was very stressed. Bianca told me not to worry - and she was right. She took total care of it, coordinating with my mom and wedding party to make sure everything was re-packed and loaded in my mom's car. I turned around to go back up to the bridal suite to collect my things, and all I saw was the Best Man walking toward me with a box full of... all my things. We had a snafu during our ceremony. Bianca was ready to coach me through it, but I said no - I wanted to just stop and re-start. And so she made it happen. To have that kind of support? To know you're surrounded by people who will make sure your wedding is exactly what you want and will love you through it all? That inner peace, that clarity and resolve, even in the face of a possible disaster - THAT is what you want on your wedding day. Bianca and her team are incomparable. I know there are a lot of people and teams who will create aesthetically beautiful weddings. Bianca and her team were very organized and very efficient. Their communication was great leading up to our shared event! Everything ran extremely smoothly! They facilitated so many behind the scene details helping us to focus solely on our photography! We hired S&B for month-of coordination and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We were lucky enough to have Makenzie and she ensured we had a stress-free and seamless day. Not only did she manage our timeline, set the decor, work professionally and efficiently with our vendors, she handled the little errands that normally fall on immediate family members or the bridal party. My father couldn't find his white button down on the morning of and he was traveling from NYC and did not have a car, Mack made sure his shirt was delivered to him on time as well as breakfast for our wedding party. She checked in with me throughout the day and ensured I had everything I needed, down to a lipgloss application during photos and not having to get up from my sweetheart table for a cocktail. She also took great care of my husband who is not super comfortable being the center of attention, she gave us ways to take small breaks from the crowd and be fully present when we re-joined. People say the day goes so fast and you don't remember it, I can honestly say that was not my experience because I was not stressed at all on my day, I was fully present with my husband, family and friends and our focus was all of the love around us. Makenzie and team, we are forever grateful that we loved our day so much, so much due to your hard work, thank you!

Jacque and her team were INCREDIBLE! I had a vision and they truly made it come to life. I did a lot of dyi/brought a lot of my own stuff and they had no problem setting things up and making it perfect. They were responsive and very wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!!
