We are so glad we booked our wedding day transportation with Stryder! They were great to work with leading up to the event and were patient with me as I went through many different schedule iterations before getting to the final version. On the day of the wedding our drivers arrived on time and were very friendly and helpful. We booked the 25-passenger shuttle for our wedding party and immediate family and then we also had a one-way transfer for my now husband and I to take us to our hotel right after the wedding reception. Both the shuttle and the SUV were very well maintained and very clean. The air conditioning worked well and the seats were comfortable. The driver also chose great music! Our ride from our ceremony to our reception with our whole wedding party and immediate family was one of our favorite parts of the day! It was fun to have that time to celebrate with just that small group before arriving at the reception. Overall, everything was just awesome. Would highly recommend Stryder Transportation!

We chartered a bus to come to our wedding venue, pick up our guests and drop us off at the local casino. From the start, the staff at Stryder were professional, accommodating and on top of their game. Our driver was timely and even waited for us for quite some time to get all our stuff together and everyone on our bus. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for transportation on their big day!

Originally I booked two coach buses for my wedding in Temecula, CA with another transportation company. I was very nervous because there were very few companies that had good reviews online and I wanted the transportation from the ceremony to the reception for all the guests to be flawless. I called the company (I won’t use names) to verify my contract, which I had already signed, and they informed me that they would not be able to accommodate the reservation because they were closing their doors in a couple weeks. Since I was only two months away from my wedding, I freaked out. My wedding venue suggested calling Stryder and I am so glad I did. From the first call I felt comfortable and confident. Tiffany helped me figure out what I would need and was very approachable when I had questions. The bus arrived early, was clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly and knowledgeable. The driver knew exactly where we were going and had his own directions to get there. I am so pleased that I used Stryder and cannot rave enough about them. Thank you Stryder!!!

I would have been a lot happier with them if they hadn't forgotten one stop. We gave them a schedule that they had to follow to ensure all my guests made it to the wedding in time and apparently there was a stop that the driver was confused about. Being that we gave them the schedule 2 weeks in advance, you'd think they would have asked about it before the wedding instead of just skipping the stop all together. So, one group of people (including my dad's boss) had to take cabs to our ceremony after realizing no one was coming for them . After promising shuttles to get there, it was really bad form to not have a shuttle show up. We'd like them to try to make it up to the people who had to take cabs beyond just reimbursing the $20 cab fare. It's not about the money, it's about the hassle and stress, but they refused to do anything beyond the bare minimun and have been acting shady ever since we complained. We paid for 8 hours of service and really only used 4 of them. The least they could do is follow up on good customer service.


If they hadn't missed that one pick up, I'd be pretty happy with them. All the other guests were picked up and dropped off in time.
