Stretch Limo was very useful and accommodating to my new wife and I to get to and from the airport for our wedding and honeymoon. The drivers were promptly on time and while not very talkative, were very helpful. The owner was also very flexible in helping me apply a coupon to my scheduled pickup even after I had already arranged it. Additionally, they send the driver's name, photo, license plate, and a description of the car which was very nice and reassuring, particularly when being picked up from the airport. Their prices were unbeatable as well! I would definitely recommend this service to others.

They were great to work with. We had an issue with our first transportation that cancelled on us two weeks before our wedding and Stretch Limousine was able to help us in such short notice. They provided great service.

Absolutely wonderful service! Marcin and Joanna were my chauffeurs and they provided me with the best service possible. I rented the 12-passenger Chrysler 300 limousine and the 14-passenger Chrysler 300 limousine for 8 hours on October 22nd for my wedding. They picked up all of my guests from their homes, that didn't have transportation of their own, to a resort in Indiana. The limos were fully stocked with champagne, beer and some soft drinks. They even decorated both limos for the wedding on the exterior. I was honestly panicking for the entire wedding reception but Stretch Limo took care of everything and took away all of the concerns that I had in regards to transporting my guests from the North Suburbs of Chicago to my wedding ceremony at the church and then to Indiana for the wedding reception. I rented the same limos for the return trip the following day for 3 hours and they dropped off all of my guests as well. Not even a single guest complained and some were even shocked to see how elegant the limos were and how beautiful the interior was. The interior had wonderful LED Lights and the 14 passenger had a lovely red and black interior. I *loved* their service!

My husband and I were leery to use them based on the previous reviews we read here and on Yelp, but honestly, they were a good limo service. We rented their Chrysler 300 limo, which held all 11 members of our bridal party and our photographer. Our limo driver (I think his name was Matt) was polite and most important -- he was on time. They were able to accommodate us by arriving 15 minutes earlier than what we had originally reserved with just 2 days notice, so they can be flexible. The limo was attractive and great for photos (sans window poms or cheesy red carpet). The limo also included refreshments, champagne and flutes. The only setback we had was that one of the flutes was still dirty, but it was nothing to fuss over. There was other glassware we could use. The service didn't blow us away, but we weren't disappointed by anything either. They got us from Point A to B on time. Overall, we think that they are worth checking out and we would recommend them.

LOVE this company, especially compared to other limo companies in Chi City. Mike, my then boyfriend now husband, and I used them a lot for other events (airport drop-offs and pick-ups, getting to sports games, etc.) prior to making the big decision to use them for our wedding. And, like usual, they were great. It was August in Chicago - can someone say HOT?! - but both limos were comfortably a/c-ed despite the heat. We never ran out of champagne, beer, soda or ice. The car was decorated exactly as requested to match the bridesmaids' dresses. The driver was waiting for us with a smile at every turn. I have never had a problem with this company for any of my transportation needs, wedding day included, and would highly recommend it to brides in the Chicago area - like my sister next weekend... We were incredibly impressed with the quality of transportation service from Stretch Limo. We ordered two white stretch limos for the whole day. One for the bridal party and one for parents. My husband negotiated an excellent rate. We can not complain. Anyway, the limos were in excellent condition, stocked with beer and lots of soda on a very hot day. We continue using Stretch limo since than. Highly recommended.

I think one of the scariest, most nerve-wracking vendors to book for a wedding is the limo service. There are so many mixed reviews out there, and the LAST thing you want is someone to be late or not show up.

Stretch limo is the answer! The 40 person shuttle that we rented was timely, clean, and our driver, Collin was great. I had nothing to worry about.

There was some confusion with a last minute add of a carseat, but it ended up not being a big deal. I would definitely use Stretch again for any future events.

Me and my wife Dorothy booked a beautiful chrysler 300 limo for our wedding back in May 2009. The entire experience and service was wonderful. Our driver Matt was very knowledgeable and knew the City of Chicago very well. In spite of the fact that our wedding date was in May during prom reservation, the rate was very competitive. Of course, it could have be cheaper but our overall satisfaction is high.

We had a mostly positive experience with this company. We ordered a black car to pick us up after our wedding reception and bring us to our hotel, and that went off without a hitch, and the driver was really nice and professional. We also ordered a limo to drive us around from place to place throughout the wedding day. The itinerary was a bit complicated so we called to confirm it a few days ahead of time- glad we did because they had it wrong in the system. We corrected it and called again to confirm once more, just in case. On the wedding day, the limo driver was professional and prompt except there was a snafu and she forgot to come pick up the bride and bridesmaids from the house and drive us to the church, and instead went to the after-ceremony photo location without any passengers. We called her and she came back to pick us up and we were only a few minutes late to the church but it was a lot of added stress! They were really good about sending the driver’s direct line, so it wasn’t a problem to correct the situation once we realized something was amiss. Not sure where the miscommunication happened but it was especially annoying since I had confirmed the route so many times ahead of the date. Besides that, though, everything went well and the driver was very accommodating! I recommend this company but make sure you have the emergency contact info on hand, just in case, as with any other wedding vendor!

I didn't handle setting up the reservation, but my FIL said they were very helpful when he called (talked to two people). The actual service was great to my knowledge. The woman (I forget her name) driver was very sweet to me, and actually bought us some bottles of champagne after the ceremony. The only thing I had an issue with was that she was getting very flustered with our guests behind us honking for us as we were driving to the reception. And apparently she was on her phone SnapChat-ing during the drive. So, yeah. But other than that, it was nice.
