I was getting really disheartened when I was looking for my wedding dress. Everywhere I went I was seeing tulle, strapless gowns, and mermaid or princess silhouettes. Thank god for Stone Fox. They had awesome gowns, all limited edition so you don't have to worry about seeing your dress on someone else. The store is really relaxed, so you don't have to worry about some stuffy salesperson trying to pressure you into buying outside your budget or going full-on nuts if you dare take a photo of your dress to send to your mom. In fact, at Stone Fox, they will help you take your photos! They also make beautiful headdresses and veils, and delivered my dress to my door with a box of strawberries!

The last thing I wanted was a cookie-cutter wedding. I"m not a typical bride, and didn't want a typical dress. Was running all over NYC looking for a place that was low key, fun, funky and a little kickass. Stone Fox Bride is all of that and more. My dress was a dream, going to my fittings was one of my favorite parts of wedding planning -- not b/c I got to put my dress on, but because the ladies at Stone Fox couldn't be chiller. A totally divine bridal salon that is, well, nothing like a bridal salon. If you're looking for something more fun, funky and unique, these guys are best in class. You won't find anyone who does it better, treats you better, and makes you feel totally amazing along the way.
