Maurizia at Stock & Olive helped my fiancé and I with an amazing sailing excursion to the Dalmatian coast of Croatia in September of 2015. It was quite frankly the best vacation of my entire life. We joined eight other people on a private sailboat that was chartered by a small company operating out of New York City. We enjoyed the luxuries of a private cabin, bathroom and chef, while setting sail to explore some of the most historic and breathtaking costal towns in the Mediterranean.

Our captain was also very pleasant and friendly. Everyone onboard was given the opportunity to learn about sailing skills, and help maneuver the boat. Our boat took us to many beautiful destinations along the coast, where we had the opportunity to disembark and explore the local culture. Our favorite stop was Sv. Klement on the island of Hvar, Croatia, where we were treated to a spectacular home cooked 5-course meal on the veranda of the cook’s private home.
