My Fiance and I went ring shopping together at their Bucktown location. Peggy was so helpful. No one was pushy, she listened to exactly what I wanted my ring to look like. Peggy really went above and beyond to help make everything feel so special, she even had loose diamonds delivered to the Bucktown location so we could pick out a center stone that I would really like and so I'd be able to see it before my fiance made the big purchase at another time.

They are wonderful. We bought engagement rings from the lincoln park location and from start to finish, they were great! Ashley helped us customize our rings, was not pushy and made sure to only show us things within our budget. I recently had a concern about my ring and went in and they were willing to work with me to make sure I was happy. I was over joyed by the service, professionalism and friendliness I felt every time I walked into the store.

I first purchased my partner's engagement ring here. I used a family diamond and they did not balk one bit and worked really well with me to make the right vintage look. We went back in Spring 2015 to purchase our wedding rings. Margaret was awesome! We are so happy with the way they turned out. They were appreciative of our sale expressed not only verbally but with a goody bag as we left the store!
