Whitney helped me every step of the way with planning my dream wedding! From the very beginning when I met with Whitney, I knew that we would work great together! With my design background, I knew the design that I was after, but I needed someone who could envision it with me and help it come to life with my busy schedule. She attended all of our meetings, she knew the vision, and she made sure that all of our vendors were on the same page. Her wedding details document, that is sent to all vendors, is a work of art. For our wedding, due to the weather, our ceremony space, dance floor space, layouts all changed 2 days before the wedding, and Whitney pulled it all together seamlessly - vendors, floorplan, layouts were all updated and no one knew it was supposed to be any different! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to plan a wedding or any event!

Everything Whitney does is a dream. She plans to perfection, including things you wouldn’t even think about. My husband and I were blown away at the detail put into our wedding. We live in Birmingham and it was no issue that she was in a different city. She researched all vendors, she negotiated on our behalf, and if something started deviating from the course she was able to both roll with the punches while simultaneously steering us back. I cannot praise her enough. When I first started planning my wedding I realized that I needed someone to help me and couldn’t have found anyone as professional, kind, and who truly understood our vision. Every. Single. Person. that came to our wedding remarked at how beautiful and flawless it was! And even behind the scenes, I never felt stressed one time. Whitney and Stellar Events went absolutely above and beyond for our elopement! Whitney came to the table with design ideas and concepts, which was beyond the scope of her package. She also helped source detail items for the event and helped us communicate what we needed to our vendors. During the actual month-of, she was awesome and coordinated everything. We hadn’t planned on using a coordinator at all for our mid-sized wedding. As the day approached, we quickly realized we had taken on too much. We had planned the details, but we knew we needed help making sure everything went smoothly on the day. Whitney stepped in to help us at the last minute. From bachelorette party weekends in NOLA (Krewe du Vieux parade + Mardi Gras masks + brunch and mimosas the next morning = bachelorette party perfection) to 4th of July celebrations in Huntsville, you can be 100% sure that Whitney will truly hear your wants/needs and that your event will be as unique, personal, and wonderful as you.
