This review will not due Jessica Hume and team the justice they deserve. We used STRG for our rehearsal dinner (Sunset Grille) and for our wedding (Caribbean Fish Market) and were truly blown out of the water by everything they did. My original venue cancelled halfway through my planning process and I was unable to see my new venue until I got on island. Jess went to the new venue on her own time to discuss logistics with the property manager prior to me getting to St. Thomas. Jess and staff went out of their way the entire night to make sure everything was perfect - she thought of ALL the things way before I could have ever even thought to ask. Drinks were always full before they were empty, the food was absolutely divine (one guest of mine is a chef and even went back to ask for seconds!), and the space she reserved for us was perfect. If you are looking to work with the best on the island - THIS is where you should start. THANK YOU STRG!!!!

Jessica Hume and her staff are absolutely amazing!!! Jessica was easy to get a hold of, fast to respond, and helped me with everything from getting my wedding items shipped to St Thomas, to ensuring that my flowers and my desserts arrived for the day of, she even arranged the transportation to and from the airport for all of my guests! She took care of everything, her staff was so friendly and helpful, and her chef was absolutely on point. All of my guests loved the amazing food, and I cannot express enough gratitude for how perfect they made our wedding day!! My husband and I cannot wait to return to St. Thomas, the island is absolutely beautiful, as are the people!

Jessica at STRG is amazing. I want to be just as organized and together as she is when I grow up. (Also, she's never late, which would be a great trait for me to adopt!) I had planned my reception at Elysian with plans of having our cocktail hour at the Pool Bar, catered by STRG. A last-minute snag, which left us scrambling to book a new place for our reception, didn't faze Jessica in the least. She took it in stride and we ended up having the perfect cocktail hour at Sapphire Beach Bar. It was perfect!
