Spotted Salamander catered our wedding and we couldn't have been happier! All of our guests raved about how much they enjoyed their meal. The deviled eggs were to die for, and we are so glad we went with their croinuts for dessert instead of a traditional cake. They were also great to work with! Jake made everything so easy! We would definitely recommend them for any event!

I cannot say enough good things about Spotted Salamander. Jake and Jessica were so patient working with me to craft THE MOST DELICIOUS wedding menu I have ever had, and our guests agree. The best part is every guest has a different favorite dish from that night, which goes to show it was all amazing. But besides the food, SS was the best at being flexible with our budget and especially our family style dinner on long tables. SS gives you that small business relationship while being incredibly experienced and professional.

The food at my daughter's wedding was fantastic. We received many complements all night. This was especially amazing as they travelled 2 hours and had no kitchen to work out of and it rained buckets. There were a few communication errors but it all worked out in the end.
