They catered our wedding in "family style" with platters. It was honestly the best wedding food I've ever had, and even the BEST salmon and prime rib I've EVER had. They were flexible in working around food allergy needs (gluten free, grain free, etc). They also hosted our rehearsal brunch and it was AMAZING. I rated responsiveness at 4 stars, as I found that most vendors in this area preferred to work with a wedding planner.
