You must have Split Second Nashville photo booth at your wedding! It was a huge hit and everyone loved it! I will be telling anyone who is having a wedding or an event to make sure split second is there! AMAZING!!

We had our wedding shot by the videographer with split second and I couldn’t have been more happier with the way that he was determined to capture every little detail! Not only was he very polite but he worked with me based on my specific needs. We had a small elopement with only six people there including us. It was a pleasure working with split second videography!

What can I say about Jacob and Chelsae? They went above and beyond for us! I had so many special requests regarding our wedding and to be honest was probably a pain in the butt. It didn't matter because they were so accommodating with us. Both were so on top of their game and made us feel comfortable. Everything turned out so beautiful. Thanks you guys!

My husband and I booked and paid for this Photo Booth MONTHS in advance. This company cancelled us on our WEDDING DAY. We still don’t have our money back and will be filing complaints.

SPLIT SECOND/Jacob Marx took our full payment for Photo Booth services but will no longer reply to our calls our emails to schedule Photo Booth services. DO NOT book with him. We have filed a complaint with BBB to get a full refund.

We hired Split Second for our photo booth and videography. The photo booth was fine, but little is needed for a photo booth to be successful. I was set on having a video because I really wanted to hear the moments throughout the day. Jacob and his team seem to have good communication leading up, as there are about 3 questionnaires to fill out with your preferences, and they are very detailed, but they literally mean nothing in the end. Jacob and I had a conversation about the importance of hearing the actual vows in the video, and he assured me that he would have a tape recorder and work with the venue to make sure sound was working properly. We also had a live band and I was looking forward to hearing their music from the day, along with parts of the speeches from our best man and maid of honor. Upon receiving our highlight video of our day, although I will say the quality of the moments is good, there isn't any actual audio from the day. In our contract, it had said we could request all raw footage, and when requested, Jacob said they stopped doing this a month after our wedding. Also included in our contract is a DVD with our video, but after multiple requests, this has not been delivered either. I guess I should be happy that I at least have a digital copy, but this business is a complete sham when it comes to following through and customer service.
